Fight Smart
In this video this guy sort of related his business motives to his hobby. Majority of the time we succeed in all of our hobbies because we put a lot of effort into them because we enjoy doing it. We all played sports and he preached to us to always leave the game with a lesson learned, not a win or a loss. Sports and other activities could teach you many qualities you need to have in the work field such as learning to work with a team, leadership, dedication, motivation, and even passion.

Fight Smart
Just like a fighter, we must make goals and work hard and smart to accomplish them. Unlike in fighting in a ring, at work, our biggest competitions in ourselves. In the long run, working smart is about the goals you make, the time you have to manage, and your drive and propensity to stay focused on your goals until they are accomplished. The journey is just as important as the finish line.

This video is about an MMA fighter and he is trying to have the listener find out more about themselves. He tells listeners work till the job is finished, and that pay off doesn't always happen right away. In MMA the people that train regularly tend to have less ego. Also what you put into something is exactly what you are going to get out of it.

The video reinforces the idea of how persistence pays off. Your priorities come first. When you're committed to something you love, it'll pay off. The video said it best, you can't let obstacles get in your way. In my career, I aim to do the best job ever and I've been fortunate so far to have bosses who notice my work and reward me in some shape or form.

He said it's not always just about the fight or the destination, but it's about the journey to get where you want to be. There's no room for egos getting in the way. The main point that jumps out at me is how he mentions going for your goals and not letting obstacles get in your way. You don't have to be the biggest, baddest, best fighter to win. You have to have the skill, the will power and the drive to reach your goal, same goes with working in a business setting. Hard work, organizing priorities, setting goals, and being committed to getting the outcome you want to see will give you the motivation to be productive and finish the job the way you want to.

I can relate to this video very well, this man does a sport outside of the gym for fun and to see who he really is, how much work he is willing to put into to do something he likes. I played baseball and fought so I know how much work it takes to do both and how far physically I can go. Being able to carry this aspect of your life into another part, the business part, allows for you to use what you have learned in the gym or on the field and navigate your life that way. No matter what sports are good for at least one thing, and that is putting you in adverse situations and testing your ability to overcome them. Learning and understanding how to handle situations while doing something for fun can lead into you using those tools in a job environment and ultimately situations becoming easier to handle.

TITLE - Fight Smart
This article motivates others to never stop striving for success. It is important to have goals in life and something to look forward to. When setting goals it is important to have patience and be persistent. Success is determined by how passionate you are about the goal and how much effort you put into it. People who seek instant gratification will be disappointed and discouraged. Any successful person who says it was an easy journey would be lying. Its not about being the best overall, but doing your best is what's essential.

Fight Smart.
If there is one thing that everyone should do in their life, it should be to follow your dreams. Set goals for yourself and for your life and do not stop pushing until you reach those goals. When you set your mind to something and will work hard to achieve those goals, failure is not an option. This video was a good one for someone like me. Playing sports my entire life, hard work is something that I am really good at. I don't give up until I know the job is done. Dreams become reality when you add in a little hard work.

Fight Smart
This is a great example, that can be applied to a business owner. The speaker says "If you have a goal and a dream, obstacles do not mean anything." This is great advice and it is very true, you should follow your dreams and tackle whatever comes at you. Be persistent and dont give up until you have reached your goals. I think this is a great motivational video for anyone.

The comparison to MMA fighting and the work force in this video I totally agree with. To make it up the corporate later you have to fight. Going into the ring your opponent is trying to do the exact same thing as you are and that is to hurt you first. When it comes to working you're "fighting" your coworkers to make it to the top. You have to strategically plan your moves like you have to when your fighting to get that T.K.O. or that position that you really want.

I really enjoyed this video. Growing up as a gymnast, Icahn relate to everything the speaker was saying about training. This is why I believe dedicated and hard workin athelstan can make some of the best business partners to work with. Athletes know how to set priorities, set goals, and stay committed until the goal is reached. Putting in hard work to reach an end goal feels great when you know you are building your self up on the right direction.

You have to have the determination, drive, and ambition to do the things you really want to do in life. Fighting through all the obstacles and tearing down that brick wall between you and the next step toward your goal is what makes that goal all the more worth your effort. Your dream becomes more surreal and more valued because of all you went through and the growth experienced just to get there.

Your goals are just as important as how you make these goals happen. As long as you set your goals, you should be able to make them happen no matter what comes up and you should always focus on the process of overcoming anything that might get in the way of achieving your goals.

83 TITLE - Fight Smart This video talks about being the hardest worker and getting the job done. Another thing is that it’s not about the fight or destination, but instead about the journey to get there. I defiantly agree with that. The end result is great but if you don’t know how you got there then what is the point. I know I want to see a project all the way through.

I would definitely share this link with friends and colleagues. Thank you Professor! The bottom line is that when it comes to work you have to enjoy what you do and do with passion and intensity. There has to be discipline and a work ethic.I was raised with parents that instilled a great work ethic and am greatful for those skillsets.
