What might be just as important as our goals is the process we use to achieve those goals. As long as we set those goals, no obstacle should matter or be too great for us to overcome. We should always focus on the process of overcoming those obstacles and reaching our goals.

I actually like this comparison. The main point that jumps out at me is how he mentions going for your goals and not letting obstacles get in your way. You don't have to be the biggest, baddest, best fighter to win. You have to have the skill, the will power and the drive to reach your goal, same goes with working in a business setting. Hard work, organizing priorities, setting goals, and being committed to getting the outcome you want to see will give you the motivation to be productive and finish the job the way you want to.

In this video the guy talks about being the hardest worker and going until you collapse. You should never leave until the job's done. Always set priorities and stick to them. He said it's not always just about the fight or the destination, but it's about the journey to get where you want to be. There's no room for egos getting in the way. My favorite part of this video is where he said, "What you put into something is exactly what you will get out of it." We constantly say this about the sorority I'm in. We always tell our girls, what you put into AOII is what you will get out of it. If you don't come to meetings and events we have and don't reach out and socialize with your sisters, you won't get much out of it. It's when you come to all the meetings, pay your own dues, and make friends with everyone in the chapter, you will appreciate AOII more and get so much more out of it. Another thing he said was to not let obstacles get in your way.

I like the fact that he explain how you should out a lot of work into everything you do and making sure you are training as hard as the next guy because just like in business you are put into a round with not one person but a group of them and your job is to make sure you can set your self apart from the rest. No matter what you have to out work everyone and don't stop to you achieve your goal

I take two thing in this video which are very important. First is being discipline be said himself " I will not leave the job until it is complete" this is true to training and at work too. As a runner i have schedule on how many miles i should run, or the number of workouts i plan to do and i will not go home until i finish. It require a high discipline especially if you by yourself, and it is not easy. This is something that i will try do apply at work too. He also talked about consistency and commitment. At work i have learned that people who are consistency are easy to work because they are predictable and other employees and manager gain respect them.

TITLE - Fight Smart
This video had some very good points that related to the world of business. He claimed that he worked hard and had to set his priorities right. I feel that aside from family and God, your job is very important and it reflects the type of person you are. You should be passionate about it and want to put one hundred and ten percent into your job. He also stated that you get out of things what you put into them. This is a saying that has always been important to me and is something that everyone should live by. If you do not put any effort into something then nothing great will come from it. You need to put a lot into something if you want results.

I really like the comparison between fighting and fighting in business, there are many parallels. Particularly when he speaks about not leaving until the job gets done. You can't leave and throw in your gloves in the middle of a fight, and you must take that mentality into your work.

I still feel that he fights for the ladies. This is a great video, what I got out of this video is that he's saying that you get what you put out in a fight. If you want to win a fight, you dont brag about it, if you want to win you have to train alot. You cant just win by not training. Just like everything else if you study for an exam for a long time, your going to get a good grade. He's just saying that hard work pays off in the future.

Fight Smart
In this video this guy sort of related his business motives to his hobby. I believe this is how we all need to look at our job. Majority of the time we succeed in all of our hobbies because we put a lot of effort into them because we enjoy doing it. We want to be good at it because chances are if we aren't very good at a certain hobby then we probably won't continue doing that hobby. He shows how he takes his dedication and all the things he learns from his sport back to his desk whenever he is at work in the business world. This video is actually something my dad preaches to me and my brothers all the time. We all played sports and he preached to us to always leave the game with a lesson learned, not a win or a loss. Sports and other activities could teach you many qualities you need to have in the work field such as learning to work with a team, leadership, dedication, motivation, and even passion.

This video kind of reminded me of myself. I will literally go and go and go until I pretty much collapse, and I tell myself over and over again to plan stuff out and get organized. It's one of my biggest weaknesses. I work 2 jobs and I'm a full time student living on my own, and I literally never stop. The important thing in the business world is to be able to pace yourself.

The title of this video is called fight smart. In the video, the man talks about working hard fighting for what you want. He says that first, you need to set your priorities, then set a goal, then stick to that goal no matter what. The payoff will almost never be immediate but it's important to be committed to accomplish what you want. He uses the analogy of mms fighting to give pointers for real world success.

I like how he add working out with a business aspect or twist on it. I agree, they are very similar in ways. Always be the hardest worker and don't leave until the job is finish. It's not always fast, it takes time and focus. The more you push the harder you will work. Set goals and nothing will get in your!

Fight Smart
This was a very interesting video. I like how it compares professional fighting to business. Those that work hard and stay until the job is finished are those that stand out among employees and eventually reap the rewards.

Fight Smart
He uses a great example that can be applied in the business world. There can be two people with the same credentials and experience working for the same business, but what matters is who over comes the other first. Obstacles can be intimidating, but being prepared and knowing what to do is the key to succeed.
