It is true that the attitude of your team is determined by the attitude and leadership of the team’s leader. I agree that in order to build the ideal team, your potential team members must have ambition and enthusiasm about the company as well as their position. The key quote: “When people see that they can have an impact on something bigger than themselves, that’s how they get inspired, and that’s my approach to inspiring my team” lets people know Clayton’s mind set. Everyone must be on the same page and you cannot have any weak individuals on the team because a team is only as strong as their weakest member.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I completely agree with this article. I think it's extremely important to hire someone who truly believes in and cares about making a difference not just with the company but with other people. A lot of places think they are doing the right thing by hiring the person with the most work experience or the best GPA, but it's the ones with the most passion that really set themselves apart. I also feel that a person wouldn't be as nervous during an interview if he/she cares about the company and is confident for that company's future.

In this article, Glenn Clayton, founder and president of Appleton Learning explains the importance of choosing the right person during the hiring process. He says, you can choose people are show enthusiasm during an interview and know they will be passionate about their jobs once hired. I agree with this advice. Those that are enthusiastic about your brand will be happy while working for you. In the end, employees and customers are happy.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In the Hiring
In today's passage they explain that inspiration starts with the people you hire. Inspiring your company is one of Top 10 ways to succeed. Everyone wants to work in a very positive environment where they actually mean something. When leaders hire, they must look at people who are already inspired by the company without even being a part of the success of the company. Everyone loves to be a part of a project that they know they directly helped this company. This helps to inspire the company even more whenever the employees are motivated.
