INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I agree with this article entirely. I feel that a successful business comes from the employees. Companies should hire employees that are already passionate about the business and/or product, can work with the other employees and workers there, and that want to see the business succeed. This should all be found during the interview. Interview questions should be based on finding out the persons goals and personality. You should find that they are team oriented and want to work for the company to getter company. That is what makes a business successful.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
The quote from this article really summarizes the importance of this idea. "When people see that they can have an impact on something bigger than themselves, that's how they get inspired, that's my approach to inspiring my team". It is so important to find an employee with impeccable work ethic. While interviewing potential employees, you want to motivate them and show how passionate you are with your company. This will reflect onto the interviewer and give them the feeling, "WOW! They really care about what they do. I want to work in that environment and be that energetic and passionate".

This link talks about how important it is to hire employees that are enthused about the company you are running. When possible employee is excited about becoming a part of an organization it can be relatively easy to inspire them. As an employer it is your job to inspire your employees to increase productivity. This can lead to the company growing beyond your wildest imagination.

Instant MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In the Hiring
I agree with the article. People are more likely to try harder about something they are passionate about. Companies need to find people who already have a desire to do the job that they are needing to fill. More importantly, once you have found those people you need to "light a fire under them" so that they are excited about what they are going to be doing.

I feel like the hiring process is one of the most important processes when it comes to a business. It is essential to hire not the best people at the job, but the right people for the job. It is important to focus on people who you feel will be able to provide the most for your company. Also, you want to make sure that they are aware of the accomplishments your company id trying to fulfill and that they have a similar agenda. It is very important to look at all of these things when conducting the hiring process.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In the Hiring
Hiring employees goes beyond hiring the smartest and best workers. You can have the smartest people working for you, but they may not have the passion for your type of work. If they don't show passion for the work they are doing, then they probably won't care much to work harder and strive for the best work possible, or they may not care to be creative and help the company. Hiring workers that show passion for your industry can be beneficial because those workers will like what they are doing and want to give their best work. Their ideas can push your company forward and it could be great.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
This is an excellent article. Glenn made a good point about finding people who motivated believers in the firm before they are hired. It is easier to coach someone that is motivated rather than attempting to motivate and give a vision to someone that is already an employee. Employees make up the firm, they are a big part of the firm. They are a very important asset, which is why leaders should focus on employee's attitudes and the culture of the firm.

Instant MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring In the hiring process, managers need to be able to recognize a successful person, which is someone who has goals in life and fits in with your company. Make sure you hire someone who is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and have a willingness to learn and grow. Some people have a tendency to be shy, but those employees might be the best. Make sure your not blindsided by their outward appearance. Some of the best employees aren’t what they seem to be at the interview process. Make sure your not hiring someone who is lazy, doesn’t look attentive, and doesn’t have all their material together. Those types of employees are not people you want working for you.

I 100% agree with this article. I find it so difficult to stay enthusiastic and helpful when I am trying to complete tasks that I am not very passionate about. If I ever owned a business, I would want employees who have a passion for the brand or product that I have. It makes work easier and more fun for the both of us. Having a job that is inspiring makes that job fulfilling and easier to attend to and be on top of things. It makes it easier to go into work everyday also and wanting to get things done.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I agree, people think you wait until training or orientation to inspire new team members, but if you do it while you're hiring them then it can make them even more excited and motivated to start head first in their new position.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
When interviewing job candidates, one should always look for someone who are enthusiastic and passionate about the position. A candidate who asked well-informed questions about what they can do to prepare for the job, and what they can bring really shows someone who is ready to take on the responsibilities and tasks. Likewise, it is important for an interviewer to communicate the same enthusiasm when explaining the company's missions and goals.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
There is no better way to start something successful that to hire someone that is willing to help achieve the success. It starts with the individuals a company hires. If they hire people who are excited and motivated to help the company, they have achieved the first goal. When there are individuals on a team who want to see the company do well, they will be willing to do whatever it takes to get the company there. When there is a team member that rather be off doing something else, the team could get easily distracted and goals may never be achieved. A leader needs to see these things from the beginning and needs to supply his/her team with the motivation they need to get things done.

I agree with this article 110%. It is essential to your company to hire people with the same passion and enthusiasm that you have about your business. Just like it says in the article, it starts before the person has even started working for you. It starts during the hiring process. When you show them how passionate and excited you are, they will see that and have the same feelings towards the company once they're hired. "When people see that they can have an impact on something bigger than themselves, that's how they get inspired, and that's my approach to inspiring my team." When you hire someone who is already inspired before they are even part of your team, you are already developing inspiration for your company.

Hiring someone is costly therefore hiring the right person is smart. If you make sure that it is the right person then the money you invest in that employee is worth it. This is why I agree with he author. I agree that it starts before you even hire the person so that you are indeed making smart investment choices. In my new profession, I'm hoping to inspire my team of students by demonstrating a passion for and love of learning in the same way I inspired my employees in the fast food industry.
