INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
Reading this article made me realize how important is for every business to hire not just the best talent but the most appropriate people, which means that even though someone is qualified for a job, it does not mean that he or she is actually a good fit for the company. A leader must be able to identify those specific qualities that makes someone part of the team. In my opinion, sometimes passion to learn is more important than experience in certain fields. Finding people who are skilled might not be as hard as finding people who will really show a big deal of commitment. After reading this article, I can conclude that the hiring process is key to select individuals that will make a company thrive, and a manager must use the conventional hiring techniques as well as intuition to recognize the talent who can represent a good asset for the team.

Instant MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In the Hiring I absolutely agree with the article. I feel that hiring people who are driven and enthused about their work play a big role in the inspiration of a business. And although it may not make sense to those on the outside, insiders know that the best way to build a ‘dream team’ is thoroughly through the hiring process. Here is where it starts, where everything is laid on the table for a leader to analyze. I think that it is very clever of those who actually follow this approach because not only are they avoiding those who are ‘bad apples’, but they are also creating a team who is going to take the business to the top. After reading this article I realized that just because someone is qualified for a job doesn’t mean that they are fit for it. Great read!

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I strongly agree that inspiring your team begins in the hiring. In my current role I have seen several individuals come and go within the company and you can usually tell very early in employment who will stay and who will leave. The individuals that come into the work place excited about their new job and new company are more likely to work hard to contribute and stick around for the long haul. When you see individuals that do not show enthusiasm in their interview process and they don’t show that enthusiasm early in their career, they often have a reason this enthusiasm is not showing. These individuals are less likely to put in extra time and effort to make noticeable contributions. One training session that I attended over the last couple of years talked a lot about the work place personality and matching individuals to that personality. This concept actually ties in very well with the article and is a great guide while choosing candidates from the interview process.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I completely agree with this article. I think it's extremely important to hire someone who truly believes in and cares about making a difference not just with the company but with other people. A lot of places think they are doing the right thing by hiring the person with the most work experience or the best GPA, but it's the ones with the most passion that really set themselves apart. I also feel that a person wouldn't be as nervous during an interview if he/she cares about the company and is confident for that company's future.

Instant MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
People are everything when it comes to the business! Having the right people in your team is what makes everything flow smoothly. I have dealt a few times with people who were very toxic to the work environment, bringing negative attitudes and showing no enthusiasm for the job that they are in charge of. Especially when it comes to management, people need to love what they are doing, bring a positive attitude everyday to work, and make sure that they are influencing other employees to do the same!

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
This article was a great read and I agree with it 100%. Making sure you have the right team members for your team is a very important step that should indeed start in the hiring process. If you begin looking for people who are passionate and driven about not only what their talents and gifts are but also about the company and what it stands for, you will eliminate having to deal with people who aren't fit for your team in the long run. As a leader it is indeed your responsibility to inspire your team, and this should begin during the hiring process. If these potential employees show that they are inspired by the brand before begin hire then they will most likely be a great asset to your team.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
Having the best players form a team isn't always a good thing. You want the right players on your team. You want people on your team that are inspired about what they are doing and most importantly can work together well. A good team working together is better than a bunch of individuals trying to do things themselves. Hiring the right people could make or break your business before it even gets started.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I think this comes hand in hand with finding a good team of people to hire. Of course you want people who are enthusiastic about their job, but more importantly you want people who are good at what they do. It is important to find the right type of people who are capable of working together. Collaboration is the term that I believe Glenn Clayton, founder and president of Appleton Learning, was trying point to as the key for finding good employees and creating a successful business.

In business it is important to build a team from the very beginning. This can be done by hiring dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic employees. I think that this article gave many good points about hiring the right employees for your company. I do believe that you can see dedication and passion in someone during an interview. When a company putts together a team of employees who have all of the above traits, you have more probability to be successful in your business.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
When the hiring manager decides who is on the team, he/she should pick someone who shares a passion for the company. If someone has spent the time to research the company and really like where it is going I would give that person a change. I would see how the person's body language matches his words and if he really wants to be with the company.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
Inspiring your team begins in the hiring because when you hire people you want to make sure they understand your vision and are on your team. I believe that is why now the hiring process is long. One wants to know all about your because owners do not want just anyone working for them, they want people who are passionate and have a great vision for the job that they are doing. Just remember that your team is a reflection of you and you want the best.

INSTANT MBA: If You Want Your Employee's Respect, Do The Dirty Work Yourself
Respect is vital source in all business relationships. Managers that earn it, are more likely to have a team that supports them. Also, employees want to be respected. It is two way street. Gaining the respect of your employees is the key to great management. Employees want to see the management team working with them. Those employees that know and see management working towards the same goals as them, have more faith and respect for the management. This is so critical to becoming a great manager.

INSTANT MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In The Hiring
I love this article and think it explains a great topic. I feel like hiring a person who will blends well with company’s culture and environment should be at the top of the person doing the hiring. Even if a person does not have exactly all the skills you are looking for skills and tasks can be trained, personality traits and positive attitudes cannot be. One person with a negative demeanor can destroy a team or project and will bring all the other employees down too. I have personally experienced this time after time at work.

Instant MBA: Inspiring Your Team Begins In the Hiring
This article makes sense. Letting a team member know your passionate about what your working on gives them insight into what the job will be like. Working for or with someone who is inspirational in what they do can make the job a whole lot more interesting. It's always better to work for or with someone pleasant to work with, then someone who gripes everyday because they hate their job.
