This video proves a point about owning a business. Repeat customers won't return if they did not like the service. Not just focusing on getting new customers and focusing on the ones that you have is important.

Relationship marketing is a great strategy to retain customers. People want to feel like they are welcome and cared about, especially at the places they are spending their money. Not to mention, relationship marketing leads to word of mouth marketing. Customers can make or break a business, so it is vital for them to feel welcome when entering and shopping at a business.

Maintaining a customer through precise marketing is better than over marketing and forcing into your customers. Customers will always go the extra mile if the business does the same and treats them like a person, rather than one of the many customers they have.

I enjoyed the message of the video. Relationship marketing has been around for along time and its still one of the most important forms of marketing. Relationship marketing is very essential to retaining customers for all business. I work at small financial investment firm and maintaining relationship with our clients is one of the most key thing for our business. It also sets us apart from other business. If the customers feel valued from a business then they will most likely wont to continue being a customer.

Like many of the other videos, this one talks about relationship marketing. I find that more and more of businesses are moving towards relationship marketing. The fact is that the customer base is changing - people are too busy to read magazines or the newspaper to see add. Customer loyalty is a huge thing these days and more businesses are starting to realize that. Relationship marketing is also a great way to get positive referral customers. Customers who you establish that relationship with are going to tell their friends about your business and probably encourage them to shop there.

Customers need that personal touch to make the difference. People want service and to be appreciated. I am so much more loyal to a company or product when they show me how my dollar improves my experience and often it is done for free. Granted it costs the company money to provide certain services but a friendly face doesn't cost a dime.

Relationship marketing is incredibly important and particularly so for small businesses because it creates a personal touch. Relationships create a loyal customer because they feel like they are almost a part of the business and they are valued. Doing small things like sending flowers and making phone calls makes a huge impact in how customers view your business.

Relationships are powerful. Customer loyalty has been proven to be extremely productive. Once you gain a customer, they will continue to return and once you loose a customer it is extremely hard to get them back. With relationship marketing you make the customer feel special. You let them know how much you value them and in return they will value you and let everyone they know about it.

I believe relationship marketing is THE MOST important element in creating a successful business today. There is so much competition in our world that standing out by creating relationships is extremely necessary. I can't wait to work on my relationship marketing skills once I get my first career after college.

One thing that has always attracted me to business is creating customer relationships. I love speaking with others, and making them happy or helping them accomplish their objectives. Today's world is so overwhelmed with technology that we often forget how much of an impact personal relations are in a business.

Your customers are the most important thing to your company. Relationship marketing is a personal touch, phone calls, birthday cards, having a connection with your customers. Those customers are guaranteed for life and they are willing to promote your business. This was a great video with a strong message, use relationship marketing in your company. I would show this video to any business and ask them do you have relationships.

A very important focus of business is the personal relationship that you establish between the customer and yourself. Your customer wants to feel appreciated and not just treated like another person or thing coming in out of your business. I can totally agree with this video after witnessing how customers respond when you can identify them by name and actually hold a conversation with them.

Building a relationship with your customers is definitely key. Whenever you get to know your customers on a one to one basis then they like going there. I know whenever I go to a business and get to know the employees or managers, I'll go there more often because I like the people that work there and they give great service.

Building a relationship with your customers and great customer service are so important and should not be overlooked. Having a good relationship with your customers will keep them loyal and keep them coming back. This is because when they come to your business they are not just coming for your products or services, they are coming to see you, their friend. "It s easier to keep your current customers than to earn a new one." You have to be sincere. It helps if you are really passionate about what you do. People can tell when workers are just being nice because they have to.

Customer relations is what keeps a business thriving. Due to the sudden boom of customer relations a trend of customer relationship management has become the forefront for a successful business. If you have good customer relations you will have continuing customers. Like I mentioned in a earlier post it is easier to keep a customer than it is to gain a new one. Keep a customer has to do with good customer relations.
