My favorite part of this video was the identification of leaders as psychopaths. I was definitely not expecting that or the fact that many of them have ADHD. A lot of points made in this video are counter intuitive. The statistics that Oklahoma and Montana have more entrepreneurs and that many of them are older immigrants is really fascinating. I guess you really can't rely on what you think you know . If I want to be successful, I guess I have to wait until I am older and more psychopathic?

While this video may have been 'colored up' to be more entertaining, the overall behavior of entrepreneurs really support these traits. To be an entrepreneur one has to take on big risk and be willing to take the ups and downs of business. It is hard and stressful work that may lead to immense wealth, or even debt.

I would agree that many successful people tend to be older. Being successful takes a lot of time and trials and errors. Therefore, it only makes sense that it take a good amount of time to become very successful. I think that your past and where you come from does have a little bit of an influence of where you'll end up. The way I see it, your family raise you a certain way, and that has a big impact on your attitude and your drive. I agree with some points of the video but all points are not completely correct
