Innovations need to be made quickly, but with good thought and detail involved in the decision. I think working quickly and working smart need to correspond in order to develop good innovations. Whether it's small or large changes, a complete thought process must take place in order for the innovations to be successful.

I love Zuckerberg, if anyone know innovation he does. Although the is the 100th innovation video I've watched I was able to take something away from it. What I learned from the video was innovation just isn't great ideas and it doesn't have to be some long drawn out process. Innovation can be generated automatically by solving problems. After all isn't that what innovations should always be approached as.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
I read a book on innovation and I do appreciate the video and how Mark ties it to the success of the While I agree that innovation in this example can help employees be creative and grow their though processes, this type of innovation may not be what every employee is looking for, or may not be available in every organization. At my company, working on projects that have nothing to do with our office goals of recruiting students, training our employees, making our office more efficient, etc, would be frowned upon by our directors. With budget cuts, we have to be very smart and conscience when using resources, and we cannot waste time or energy on things that do not help us meet our goals. If we were to take part in this type of innovation, it would most likely have to be off the clock.

Innovation is key to company growth. Zuckerburg has an interesting take on allowing employees to experiment outside of work allowing different concepts to open windows and generate new ideas for the company.

Being innovative is somewhat of a challenge for most companies. A lot of people don't know how to tap into their own personal creative thinking. Being able to think outside of the box is a skill that can be worked on by giving your mind "free" time from the normal day to day thoughts while at work.

Zuckerberg basically says that innovation is not about just having a good idea, but rather how you get to that one good idea. You do this by allowing the freedom for creativeness. Allowing this creativeness and letting all of you ideas flow, trying them out and finding out which ideas are actually good is innovation. This can lead to great things and can even lead to further changes in the world.

Innovation involves more than just a bunch of great ideas, although great idea is a starter, it is impossible to be innovative without great ideas. Ideas don't turn into finished products themselves. It takes a great team to work together to make the idea become something that customers are going to like and possibly make purchase.

I really wish more employers were that innovative. What a great idea to make employees speak with creativity. It's a good idea to have a set time put aside to cultivate innovation and build a new invention that could improve our future. I'd like to have a creative hour dedicated to my inner creativity.

I like Zuckerburg's idea of innovation. He says they just work on things all night not directly related to work. I like this idea because it gives employees freedom to explore their minds and come up with great things. I believe people perform better with no constraints or limitations. It gives them the opportunity to fully use their imagination.

Like Steve Jobs I am obsessed with Mark. He comes off as sort of a prick but his way of thinking about innovation and creativity is very much out the box. If you want to be creative- create from something that doesn't exist. He says don't really use inspiration but try to capture something that know one has ever thought of.

Innovation is about moving quickly and trying new things. I like how he said they get together and just try new things out that are not even necessarily for work. They try to use their imaginations to create new things. This can be hard to do when you feel like it has to be about a certain topic and he has to be completed by a certain time.

Innovation is key in success for a company. Mark Zuckerburg shares how he has teams of engineers stay up all night and just build new things, they are being innovative. Do not just try and find one right thing, try many new things and one or many of them shall help you succeed in your company. Constantly keeping your mind moving in the workplace will lead to a better company. This is a great video for anyone going into a company should watch. I will use this throughout my experiences.

Zuckerburg describes innovation in a different way than many others would typically think. He says that it is important to really try many different things and see what works, it is not always about finding that one right thing. But through the trail and repetition you will typically find that next big breakthrough. He also describes an event he does with employees to keep them engaged and having fun which it is important to keep things fresh so people will be actively thinking about new ideas.

I enjoyed this video due to the speaker Mark. I have always been interested in how one of the largest and newest companies in today's economy functions. To come up with a concept like Facebook you must be innovative. Mark says that being innovative isn't necessarily just having a good idea, but trying many different things quickly. When you proceed to try different things in a fast manner you can judge if the idea is brilliant or not so much. This video put a new definition to the word innovative for me.

Mark Zuckerberg knows innovation is the key to success. So much so that he makes his employs at facebook change the code everyday. But some days he makes his workers stay all day to work on project that they want to work on. Trying new things out and innovating is what Mark Zuckerbergs about.
