TITLE - Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
Innovation can be as simply as Mark said in the this video, staying up the whole night and building things up.I think you must first be creative to start just building something you don't know, but of course you are paid to just be creative and start something which is an incentive. But what Mark failed to explain is how small business with no extra money become innovative of course they don't have extra money to pay people just to stay up and create something which its value is not known.

Zuckerburg describes innovation in a different way than many others would typically think. He says that it is important to really try many different things and see what works, it is not always about finding that one right thing. But through the trail and repetition you will typically find that next big breakthrough. He also describes an event he does with employees to keep them engaged and having fun which it is important to keep things fresh so people will be actively thinking about new ideas.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
This clip mentioned that when the Facebook team gets together to be innovative, it does not have to be about work. He then says that it can be anything as long as it gets the mind moving which I completely agree with. Innovation is something that is creative that in my opinion, happens when one is not forced to do; It should be natural.

TITLE - Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
Zuckerberg gives his employees the opportunity to chill and relax and tryout new things which makes them more innovative and this is a great idea. Just give the employees a opportunity to design programs that they like and that opens the window of opportunity for innovation. Employees at facebook must like there jobs because they can have the chance to create there own programs without any restrictions.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
Innovation can be achieved by being creative. Creativity is not always productive because there are always trials and errors. This video discusses various ways a certain company utilizes a constant movement strategy to stay productive. This video was not very useful not helpful.

I think that Zuckerberg's idea of innovation is a good one. Obviously, he has had a lot of success with his company Facebook, and I think that trying a lot of different things and putting in the time and effort to see what works and doesn't work for your company is key.

I agree with Mark Zuckerberg about innovation. Even though innovation is about having a big idea, it takes times and sometime group members from your workplace. You might need a group because one person idea can lead up to someone's else idea. With that said, that's why i agree with Mark Zuckerberg on this video.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
Innovation can be described many different ways. Mark Zuckerberg has his own idea of how to generate innovation. It is important to be creative and to think outside the box, but it is also important to remember that innovation doesn't always happen on the first time. Sometimes it take multiple attempts at something to get it exactly how it is suppose to be.

Mark Zuckerberg knows innovation is the key to success. So much so that he makes his employs at facebook change the code everyday. But some days he makes his workers stay all day to work on project that they want to work on. Trying new things out and innovating is what Mark Zuckerbergs about.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
This was a great video. Allowing your employees to work on something outside of their normal job is fun and empowers employees to be creative. It enables them to take the time and do whatever they want. This is a great idea if your company is able to do so.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
While I agree that innovation in this example can help employees be creative and grow their though processes, this type of innovation may not be what every employee is looking for, or may not be available in every organization. At my company, working on projects that have nothing to do with our office goals of recruiting students, training our employees, making our office more efficient, etc, would be frowned upon by our directors. With budget cuts, we have to be very smart and conscience when using resources, and we cannot waste time or energy on things that do not help us meet our goals. If we were to take part in this type of innovation, it would most likely have to be off the clock.

Mark Zuckerberg: How do you generate innovation?
To be innovative, sometimes you need to take a break. Facebook, lets their employes for a day to work on whatever they want and innovate, while not doing anything work related. This is a great idea, specially in the technology field where innovation needs to be frequent. While this may not work for every company, I think you can still encourage employees to bring new ideas and concepts that could be applied in the company they work for.
