Developing habits that help the company be more productive is very important. If people don't have good habits involving their personal life as well as their business life, they must learn them and embrace them in order to be more productive at work. These habits can keep a business running more efficiently.

I would definitely share this link with friends and colleagues. Thank you Dr. Wyld. I believe it is true that people need to prioritize in order to get the important things in life completed. I feel that there needs to be a work-life balance. For example, I always am sure that I exercise before work because it makes me feel better and gives me the energy to have a productive day. I always have been a person that can stay with the task at hand and finish what is of utter importance. Every person has their own way of doing things and what works for one person does not work for everyone. Each person has to find their own system.

This video was perfect for me to watch today, I've been stressing out with having so much to do but not feeling like I have enough time. Making a ritual time to go to sleep is extremely hard for me and it's something I need to work on. I find myself only getting 4 hours of sleep at least 3 nights a week and it's hard to get things done the next day because I'm so tired. This is a great video for any college student to watch.

I can surely relate to this topic. I always find myself to busy to have a life. Between work and school, time is limited. I too always need a good nights sleep and I do find that one of the most important things of my day. Prioritizing what task need to be done first is a great tool. I took some great tips away from this video.

I liked this video for the most part. Consciously created rituals result in us getting more tasks achieved in a timely and efficient manner because we don't spend energy thinking and anguishing about them. I also agree on the part about getting enough sleep. As a person who needs to have their eight hours every night I find it is definitely beneficial to plan out a specific bedtime in advance.

I think this is great advice for full time students who also work full time. I will give this a try this week. The way I manage my days is usually by scheduling everything I do out. Not by every hour but just by what I need to get accomplished and in what order. But this will help me to take it a step further.

They have people who struggle working everyday. They also have people who can deal with the daily struggles. There are four ways to prevent rituals. These four ways can enable you to be able to handle the daily struggle of working in the workforce. If you are one of these people in this video you should probably use these.

TITLE- Develop Productive Rituals
Productive rituals can change one’s value and perception on their life. I try to create this same life style in my personal life. Rituals increase our dedication and ability to concur challenging tasks. Although rituals may have very bright outcomes, they can also cause a type of addiction or obsession. This can prevent one from accomplishing tasks that may require deviation from the norm. Having rituals but understanding the importance of and managing each task is the key to successfully implementing them into daily life.

The word "ritual" is just another word or placeholder for terms like positive habits, time-driven goals, and productive consistency practices. Despite this, the speaker provides good information on dissecting and digesting obligations into tiny rituals or pieces. The strength in daily rituals lies within setting micro approaches for solving macro problems. By breaking things into pieces, anxiety is lessened, productivity is increased, focus is sharpened, and direction is given; all of these lead to a sense of satisfaction. As a result, satisfaction grows and compounds, given rituals are kept up with, until a positive mindset is created and obligations are easier to complete.

This video provided great tips on how to stay productive. Everyone is pulled in different directions and don’t have the energy to do it all. By developing rituals of with a specific bedtime to get sleep and prioritizing one key task per day you can become more productive.

This a good video attacking poor time and responsibility management. It certainly makes sense that the more of a habit or ritual we form to do the things eventually the less energy we end up spending to do it. These tips to handle your life in a more efficient and beneficial way is linked to the consistency of which you practice them. I could personally adapt these tips to my life by trying to make a habit of going to sleep at an earlier time than I usually do. I have learned to function very well on very little sleep but I can only imagine how well I would perform with a more consistent sleep pattern.

I have never considered how important a set amount of sleep time is necessary. I feel it everyday, but this video drives it home. Very straightforward and DOABLE steps to make life more manageable.

I think this video is quite important. I try to stick with rituals everyday so that I can be productive throughout the day. I try to stick with going to bed at a certain time, but working the closing hours at a restaurant and not getting home until late does not always having me stick to that ritual. I find that my best ritual that I have is the way I keep up with my school work, and yes there are times where it is difficult to stick with that ritual.

Daily rituals are the best thing that has happened to me, I have been able to get most of my work done, and even a little time to relax before going to sleep at night. I always make sure to focus on getting one major thing done a day, while doing other small things.

These were very helpful tips, however I know they are easier said then done. I find that my list of things I should do never go as planned. Something usually pops up that prevents me from finishing everything I wanted. Maybe if I did make a 'ritual' it would become easier to get everything done in the day. What I liked about this video was learning that by making things a ritual, you exert less energy. I think this would help a lot because I am always exhausted at the end of my day. I will definitely try to use this information in the future.
