I like how the video stated that have a well balanced schedule can productive in life. In life we all have to deal with daily chores and duties but in the midst of completing all these task there should always be room for personal time. Personal time is time to back away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy life. sometime life passes us by because we get caught up in obligations and duties which are important but also at the same time having a well balanced schedule is very important in life.

Having a calender is the best way to stay focused on what you need to get done and when you need to have it done by. Calenders help me from not procrastinate and finish tasks in a timely manner.

Work Smart: Take Back Your Calendar With Defensive Scheduling
I really liked this video. There have been many times where I have had back to back meetings and barely have time to even have a snack. Scheduling time for yourself ensures you time to get something off your to do list. When you have back to back meetings you still have to get your job done and it's often stressful trying to figure out time for yourself.

Having a schedule can justify your time and allow you to see where you spend the majority of your time. Once you have a calendar you can prioritizing your time and schedule your time to be more efficient which can allow to you have more to relax, help to complete tasks and reach goals. It really helps to know where you spend your time kind of like a checkbook register where you can see where you spend your money. And since time is money this idea to scheduling is beneficial.

I personally keep an up to date planner every year. I put all of my to do lists, budgets, and events in it. Once I get a "big girl" job, I plan to continue using it in forming a productive work life. In today's fast paced lifestyle, having a calendar is necessary.

Using a calendar is a very wise thing to do. I would miss many things and forget about even more if I did not use my calendar daily. The key is to use your calendar right though. If you write something in your calendar but then you never look at your calendar then it is pointless. If you write some things down but you don't write other things down then you may over book yourself. Using a calendar in the right day can not only make you more productive, but it can take stress off knowing you are organized.

Time management is the key to increase your productivity. Writing down your tasks is not only going to remind you what you need to do, but also helping you organize the tasks. I tried to so many times to utilize my digital calendar during each semester, it only lasted a week before I dropped it. I tend to like to memorize things I need to do better, simply because I did not want to record things in a calendar, which often result in missing deadlines.

I love using calendars and agendas because it helps keep me focused and not to lose track of what I am doing.

I have never really ever used a calender or planner in my life. I know it would be very helpful and this video suggests how you should plan time for yourself in a day. I never thought of that and it would be a useful tip. Always update your calender and make sure it is up to date. Planning out your day could be very helpful it would let you relax and be able to have a smooth successful day.

I like the idea of scheduling meetings with yourself. Everyone needs a little time to themselves through the week to get their work done. I think that scheduling time for yourself will allow you to be more productive in the long run.

This video talks about giving time to yourself in your calendar and I never do that. I never really thought about scheduling time for myself in a calendar.I feel like it is a life saver for business people who are constantly busy and working on various different projects. I think we should organize our schedule better and leave appropriate time for what we have to do. Overall the calendar will help you manage your time more efficiently

This is definitely something that I do. As soon as I hear about something or know that I have a task to be done I put it in my phone and set reminders for myself. This has helped me when my planning and when to do certain homework assignments or study for a test.

At work I receive an email that has my work schedule posted on it. It lists everyones shifts and who is running those shifts for that day. We use our own calendars or planners in school to remind us of tasks and work that needed to be done at home. Calendars are always being used around us and with us. Often we find ourselves on the go and rushing all the time, if we take a minute away from all of the distractions, we can focus and prioritizing our work schedule. We are less likely to miss something or provide low quality work because we had to rush it. We can even use these schedules to plan down time and relax to keep us fresh and focused at work too.

This is a great idea! As I mentioned earlier I am heavily reliant on my calendar. And as a working, single mother who is also a fulltime college student,I never have the time to catch up on things. I feel as if I put myself last most of the time and using this advice would help to curve that behavior. Frequently, when I do have some time to catch up on things I feel guilty about neglecting someone or something else. This tool would also help with that behavior by allowing my scheduled time to belong truly to me.

I really agree with the facts in this video. I don't know how I would gave got through college without this. I would have made better grades from start if I'd been doing thus. Now that I have a full time job in the real world I use my calendar more often. Absolutely love thus video.
