Nobodies perfect. I learned to just take it until you make it. I honestly believe that I managers do that. I agree that you shouldn't feel bad or afraid to acknowledge you don't know what to do. Great video.

Your not going to know the answer to every question. The man in the video is explaining that there is a reason why you have a team built around you. If you don't know the answer to something, it's okay, just simply use your sources around you to find the answer together if no one else knows it.

It is important for CEOs to consult with their team when they are in a situation that is foreign to them. Most do not want to show weakness, but if pride is put aside they team can collaborate and the outcome will be better for the company in the long run. There is no shame in asking for help when you have done everything you can.

This is all good advice. If you don;t know what to do ask around and see what other people are doing. Want an opinion ask one of your co-workers for one. They will surely give one to you.
