Of course everyone has to make difficult decisions and you know that whatever you choose, you aren't going to please everyone. As a business person, you have to make the decision that will benefit you, your employees, and the majority of your customers. I liked that Shake Shack went from frozen to fresh fries because it shows they are about the nutritional value of their food, not just what is the easiest, quickest way to make french fries.

I cannot think of a business that technology does not have some type of involvement in. In today's world, it can be a great advantage to take the time to understand technology. If understand it, you can apply it and create great results.

I think this video presents an interesting idea. I like how the company raised their costs by switching to a better product, knowing that there would be some negative feedback from it. It goes to show that there will always be difficult decisions to make in business, as well as in life, but doing the best thing can produce the most successful outcome in the end.

I wish that there was a shake shack in Louisiana. But yes looking at ones business model and finding ways to tweak it and make it better are very important. Plus if you are on the east coast like shake shack I'm sure that it's expected for your food stand to use the best ingredients.
