The world has changed so much over the last ten years, the world has changed because of decisions that were made. I'm sure that when they brought cell phones into the market the makers never dreamed of what it is today. Sure they knew they were changing things, but not the the magnitude that it did. They might have told you you were crazy to believe that everyone's Grandma would be walking around talking and texting on their own personal cell phone, but that's what happened. They never knew how much their decision would change the world, and now not just your grandma has a cell phone most ten year old children have one as well. Sometimes we make decisions not fully knowing what the outcome or the magnitude of these decisions will be. Sometimes decision end up with outcomes that come out for the better, and sometimes they are negaitive, but if we as people weren't brave enough to make a tough decision or take the risks to do it, then nothing would change and how boring would that be.

Technology is always going to be changing and it depends on how companies can change with it. If a business owner refuses to except the evolution of technology and continues the only way he is comfortable, he will fail. You HAVE to step out of your comfort zone. good video.

As much as some decisions can be difficult to make, however, decision like that should not be, because "Shake and Shack" did the right thing, and doing the right thing should be encouraged instead of being hesitated. Company should have the confidence that as long as the customers are well communicated about the changes to come, how changes are going to benefit them, and changes can be made and celebrated.

Technology is the driving factor of life today. As we continue to live the world will constantly evolve and change. So it is important to catch on to this new trend or if not life will pass you by. Technology has enhanced life but also technology can take away the thinking power of the brain but in this modern world everything is based off of technology and this will continue to evolve as life goes on.

Even though you want to make a decision that might upset customers, you should look in the long run. Just like they did. they switched from frozen to fresh fries. You need to look at what you think is the best and go with it.

Technology has made humans more powerful than ever thought. however technology is also making us numb to the world around us and how we interact with one another. Technology will soon surpass humans in what is called the singularity theory.

Making hard decisions in a company can upset several people. But when you know it is the right decision and it could potentially change your company for the best, then it is worth it. Sometimes you have to go through hard times to get to better times.

I think that it is really hard for companies to make drastic changes like the one the video talks about. Not only did they make a huge change operationally, but they alienated some of their customers in the process. I think this is true of any business that has been around for a while. The older the business is the harder it is to make drastic changes, because your customers have come to expect certain things from you. Many older companies are scared of change, because they have found their niche. What companies need to realize is that sometimes these big decisions will change everything, but it will be for the better.

I know this is a weird concept but technology scares me. I think that one day technology will rebel against humans or what will happen if something major malfunctions and could endanger millions of people? There is just to much faith in technology now so I am a little scared for the future.

Decision making is alway hard. You never know if you will make the right decision. And you can never please everyone, especially customers. And most people don't like change-they tend to get into a habit and stick to it. So when something changes around them they don't immediately like it. Although with time most people adapt to change. Companies should always take every aspect of a decision into consideration before making a choice. Weighing out the pros and cons and there is no such thing as making the correct decision, but making the right decision for the business. What will be most effective for their company.

I really liked this video sometimes you have to make tough decisions that will ward off some customers. But as a company you need to make this decision to have the longevity. He was short sweet and to the point, he presented it well and gave a great example. I would recommend this video to others in the workplace.

Working at Chick-fil-A has helped me to learn that the better your product is, the happier your customers will be. Using fresh ingredients and cooking food to order is the best tactic you can have in the food industry. Finding ways to implement fresher food is the best choice for any company.

Technology can be used negatively or positively so just make sure it's not taking you somewhere you don't want to go.I think this view of technology should be shown more, because technology can often be viewed as the reason the world has so many problems! If technology was used more in the way the video was talking about things would be a lot smoother

I am impressed that the company Shake Shack decided to use fresh cut fires instead of frozen fries even though it was difficult to facilitate. It's nice to see that some companies hold nutritional value over ease of production. From a work perspective, this video showed me that it is ok to stand up for the values you have even if they make doing business difficult. And even if you upset some people by doing so.

Love this video. I believe companies need to innovate and change with time as consumers change. I hope the company I work for realizes this. they are a young company with high hopes but they're not willing to listen to what their customers really want. I should share this video with the owner. Love this video.
