INSTANT MBA: Forget About Working On Your Weaknesses
I really liked this article. In it, Mio Babic, CEO of iStreamPlanet, discusses focusing on your strengths instead of your weaknesses. Babic explains that if you focus on your weaknesses that C’s and D’s you will only bring them to B’s or C’s but if you focus on your strengths, you will stand out among the crowd.
I agree to an extent. I believe if you only focus on your weaknesses, trying to become better in that sense, you lose your strengths will suffer. Focusing on what you do wrong only hinders what you could be doing great by lowering yourself confidence. I think there should be a balance between the two.

INSTANT MBA: Forget About Working On Your Weaknesses
I actually never thought about this point of view before, but it is true. As long as you continue improving on your strengths then your weaknesses become like minorities, and they become only slight issues. For example, I have a weakness in public speaking, but I can collaborate my thoughts on paper. Well as long as I continue promoting my strength, then I can always hire someone to handle my weaknesses, or they could possibly even be so minor they are overlooked.
