This video was very informational and I enjoyed what Schwartz had to say. I liked how he broke down energy into 4 categories (emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical) because it gives what he has to say a lot more clarity. All four of these things need to be on track in order for us to work to our best ability. It is important for us to know in what way we work best as well. For me, it is easier to work on one thing rather than spreading my energy out over 3 different projects. The quality of my work is improved this way as well as my energy.

this was a pretty informational video,it was cool to see the different types of energy which are physical emotional mental and energy of the human spirit its important to stay on top of all of these points in order to keep functioning. huge point in there was the fact that if you don't take are of yourself than you cant take care of others, that is a huge point when it comes to my dad he is so fatigued now because he doesn't stay on top of his health

This video is something that is so vital to everyone's life. I myself have examined my life thinking how quickly I tire from tasks that I normally could have done easily. I have recently began changing my lifestyle realizing that if I don't do something now it will only get worse. Energy is not something that we can always depend on a drink for. In high school i juggled many tasks and athletic activities and still had energy. Today I struggle just getting up before 7. I have began working out again in hope to obtain more energy to obtain youthfulness. I have not only began physically but also what I eat and the way I handle tasks. opposed to pulling all nighters I have learned to space my tasks better and better use the limited time that I do have in a day.

I really liked this video and the meaning behind it. It is true that we cannot work without physical and mental energy. The better our physical and mental health, the better and longer we work. But, like Tony says, we are not computers. This is hard because todays society is a constantly and fast moving one. There is no such thing as relaxing or taking a break. This leads us to burn out and we end up not being very productive. I read a book, for a book report, about this same topic. The book really emphasized the importance and the benefits of being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. Although there was no clear solution mention by Tony, I agree that there is a huge problem in society because it does not allow time for humans to be entirely healthy.

I agree with this video. The more energy and effort you put into a project or goal the better chance you have at achieving your goal. By going over all of the parts of energy it will help me develop the type of business I one day hope to have.

I found this video interesting because we are so busy everyday in our business and personal lives and we have so much to accomplish and it seems like not enough hours in the day to do it. I know I feel bad if I'm not going ninety to nothing all the time because I feel like I'm wasting my time and I feel like I'm being lazy if I stop to take a moment because I have so much to do. I thought the only time I had and should renew my body's energy was when I was sleeping, and I often use the motto " I'll sleep when I die". After watching this video I realize that's not the way our bodies are supposed to work, I'm only hurting myself because my body needs little influxes of rest to rebuild it's energy and I don't need to feel so bad when I'm not buzzing around like a bee all the time.

Having balance in life is important. Without balance we lose focus on the things that are really important in life. All work and no play can be good and bad at the same time. Sometime in life we have to take a break enjoy the world around us because if not life pass us by without really enjoying all that life has to offer so having balance is very important and effective in life.

This video was very informative. He talked about the ability to be able to handle responsibilities at a fast pace. Motivation is definitely key when working but does require way more energy now then it did due to the change in our lives. We need to be able to address our own needs and then know that we do not have the power to make everything happen at an instant. Basically, just be aware of what you can and can not do.

Our energy Is low. Ultimately we are lazy. I like how he points out to be efficient. I feel as though we could do better with this because we can do try to work smarter not harder. His myth is I think funny, we are computers? We are not super computers we are humans that need to work and need to relax and renew. Confidence untempered by humility is arrogance. This is when a person is too confident, and does not want to be humble. In my opinion l do not arrogance this is not want people want in a person. A strength overused is a weakness. Weakness acknowledged is a strength. Powerful thought out this whole video.

Handling responsibilites is a hard part of life but it must be done. You have to be able mentaly and physically because it is demanding.

If demand is already increased dramatically and it will continue to increase, does our energy increase with it? When I think of my life and how pulled I am in it, and think I can't do anymore I then realize that I haven't even had kids yet. There are students I know who come to southeastern, they have 3 kids, a full time job and still manage to take classes full time and do well. When I think of that I always say "there is no way I could do that". But the reality is I have said that multiple times about many things and yet I somehow manage to do it. What he says in this video is that our energy can increase with our demand if it is used right. I think this video was very informative and had a whole lot of information to take away.

This is an interesting video because it points out how we should be making decisions. Shwartz mentions the four types of energy we as humans use to work: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. I think it is important for individuals to utilize all of these types of energy in order to be as efficient as possible. Everyone is always focused on the here and now and how to get ahead quicker. They should realize that sometimes they just don't have the energy to handle everything at once. People are not computers, and we operate very differently. People need to learn to harness their energy, but also know when to rest so that energy can be replenished.

Efficiency is one of those things that all people should master. How manage time, money, tasks, etc. all comes down to how efficient we are. If you know you have a task that is going to take 1 hour to complete, and you have 45 mins. complete it, you must think of the most efficient way to accomplish it. This takes time to master, but can be a real asset. As far as energy goes, we all have certain amount of energy to use in a given day. The tasks that require the most energy should be done first, and the ones that require the least amount of energy should be left for last, unless there is a deadline that must be met.

Its simple if something is taking more energy or time than what needs to be then time to change the way of doing it (period).

Energy? I wish I had half as much energy as my 11 year old son. He is so non-stop, but then so am I. I just know that I have to keep moving on to be productive. He just wants to. We live in such a fast paced world that changes on what seems to be a daily basis. Which is hard to stay focused at times. The video states that we have four types of energy, which we exhaust early in our daily lives. Because of the responsibilities and demands that our jobs, school, or home lives expect of us, we can easily become overwhelmed and exhausted. Finding a way to effectively balance our days to conserve our energy can help us with productivity.
