I personally would not make a to don't list. But I would make a to-do list. You should spend time on focusing on what is really important and what you need to get accomplished. Not what you don't need to get accomplished.

Whenever I go to a restaurant or an amusement park I make it a point to try something new because I never want to feel content with my life. There is 10000000000 things in the world that I have not tried or experienced. If you take this way of thinking into your job then it will help increase your diversity and see things differently.

I definitely need a don’t list. Over 80% of the time I always say or do the wrong thing. My intentions are always the best. But, sometimes my world is crazy and having too much on my plate can send me overboard.

I see where he is coming from but i think that it is hard to focus on only one thing in peoples lives they have unexpected things come up and it is hard not to put off something. I see in the workplace where this would apply, at work you should only try to focus on the task at hand. Having a To-Don't list would be helpful and would help to stop procrastinating and achieve that one thing you set out to do.

I don't know about this one. Saying yes to everything would be ridiculous. If you are in a job and you get one big thing done in a year you had a good year. But i do not have time daily to sit around and thing of ideas. Not the best video from this man, didn't like it.

I don't agree, I make daily to-do list and prioritize the tasks that need to be done and it works for me. This kind of confuses me by prioritizing backwards. I'll stick to my routine for now.

I have mixed feelings about this video. I think his concept is good, but I am not sure that it would play out how he would like. Perhaps it is because I am very forgetful and if I do not right everything I need to do down, I will forget to do it completely.

I see the point of the list but I don't 100% agree with him. Lists are what helped me throughout my whole college career. I'd rather focus on what I need accomplished rather than what I don't need.

This is true. Seems like many businesses are focused on the "do's and should be focused on the agenda items that will help them in the future. Maybe daily creating two list would help a young business.

I wasn't crazy about this video. It didn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. Maybe I am taking it too literal. To-do lists are one of my favorite things! I also think it sounds a little negative.

Sometimes people get so involved and distracted by doing things that don't need to get done right away. These distractions are put at a higher priority than tasks that really do need to be completed. Another name for this would be procrastination, which everyone is guilty of doing at some point. I think making a "to-don't" list may be helpful in certain situations and can be a tangible lists of things to avoid that we don't necessarily need to do at the moment.

I like this idea. I constantly put less important tasks in front of important tasks. This would help keep things in perspective.
