I agree with this article because individual recognition whether positive or negative has a huge impact on a person and on the quality of work he/she is doing for the company. When you make a point to recognize someone on the good that he/she is doing for the company, you motivate them to want to continue their work. You’re not only thanking them for keeping up the good work or going the extra mile but you are also encouraging them. The same goes for the opposite. If you’re recognizing someone not putting in all the effort that they should be putting in, recognizing them or having a conversation with them (in private, not in front of others because you do not want to embarrass them) will have them know that you’re noticing their effort and behavior and they can realize that they have potential to do better.

I really like the work smart videos. These videos usually cover the things that I struggle with in my day to day routines. Making a to do list and looking at a long to do list is a daunting task. I like the idea of breaking things up into smaller more manageable parts so that the project doesn't seem as overwhelming. I know the bigger a project is the longer I am likely to put it off, but by breaking it into tasks I hope to accomplish these projects more efficiently.

This was the best video so far in my opinion. I never know how to organize my life! Its hard to put things in priority and to become productive. I have always thought to get the easy things out of the way first then move on to the harder stuff, but this method actually tires me out because I never feel like I am getting anything done. So this video was very useful.

Everyone knows how to write a to do list or so I thought. After watching this video I know I need to improve my skills. I honestly thought the list was just based on the things a person needs to get accomplished. I will now make more detailed lists with procedures.

This is a very helpful video that teaches how to write a to do list. I personally never use a to do list, I have tried but I always forget about it or never write it. Reserve your to do list for actions not goals like earn five thousand dollars. When writing a report do not say write 10 pages, instead make it to outline each page or brainstorm ideas for the paper. To do list are no longer just pen and paper but computer based now, many websites have been succesfull off of to do lists.

To-do list were never really important to me. I tried to make them and they didn't work. It is important to put things on your to-do list that are actually able to get done. My mom suggested I used them and I didn't have much success. I changed it to work on methods and procedures of project because the task was more detailed, focused, and I know it is something I can accomplish today.

A to-do list is a must-do list for me. I make them daily and feel that I am able to accomplish more things. I prioritize what I need to do and make sure I stick to one task at a time.

I found this video interesting. I use tasks list at work like my life depends on it. It helps me to focus on what I need to do and helps me keep an order of importance. I make one everyday before I leave work so that my day is scheduled out at work when I arrive the next morning.

Organization is key to leading a less stressed life. I should have watched this video before I started college. I struggle with organization but I do pretty well with prioritizing things I have to do. I keep a calendar for school and work. But I don't really do a traditional "to-do list". Great video!

Tasks Goal Project. Things that have movement are easier to finish sooner. The other are what she calls Tasks or Goals and these need to be looked at in the long run. I like this video she is right when you cross something off of a to-do list it sure feels good. And thinking about task, breaking them down, will help you get to your long run goals. But in smaller steps.

I have always been a big to-do list person. To be honest, I normally write, and edit, as my biggest way to procrastinate. I like the way she defined goals, tasks, and projects. It made me rethink the way I rewrite my lists. I probably won't change the way I write my lists, mainly because I don't really live by them, per se. It's more of just an excuse to keep from working on more important things!
