Yes, I could not agree more. However, it is important to realize that your plan may not always work out the way you would want it to. But you should always have a plan. If you do not have a plan and set goals for yourself, then you will never achieve anything. Not to mention when you do obtain a goal in your plan it just makes you feel really good about your self. Which in turn makes you want to accomplish more goals. And setting more goals and achieving them will lead to success.

This is very simple advice that can be used within every aspect of your life. Life is a battle. I believe everyone would agree that life can be quite a hassle sometimes and can throw us curveballs from every corner. However, having a good game plan and strategy for the way you live your life is very key in determining your success and goals. Always make goals and build upon those goals. As you gain more experience and knowledge, your initial goals can be tweaked into bigger and better goals. We are all running a race of some sort. Ultimately, we determine the direction in which we choose to run and I believe that staying prepared, staying organized, and always maintaining a clear vision and goal will always help you move forward in the direction that you want to go.

Having a game plan is something that is necessary in order to achieve success. If you look at the top 10 most successful businesses in America right now, I highly doubt that any of them just started their business and figured it out along the way. When making the high risk investment to start a business, you must have each aspect planned out including policies, procedures, goals, etc. Game plans are not only used in business. One of the most important times you must have a game plan is in your education. If you dont plan accordingly, you may never finish college. It is important that you have planned when you're going to take what classes. Although we have the help of advisers for this process, if the student hasn't planned their major and their course of action, they will never achieve success.

As simple as this message is I think it's good advice. How many of the newer generations think on a regular basis "YOLO, I don't care what else happens"? I'm guessing that's not just a temporary mentality, it could be something some people continue to live by. Some people, while having a short term game plan, should also plan ahead for the future. However, I would think there are a lot of people who pass through higher education who have a game plan for everything. I for one have goals, but those goals are broken up into long term game plans which also have a short term game plan. I kind of feel bad that FedEx sponsored this video because I wasn't too impressed with its delivery. Probably won't share this video and just explain it more eloquently myself.

I agree with Joe Gibbs that it is important to have a game plan for both business and life. Without a game plan or goals it is hard to achieve things. It helps to be organized and have things planned out in both professional life and with relationships. By being organized and having a strong game plan, others will know they can trust and rely on you when it comes to business.

Having a game plan is crucial. Every aspect of life you should have a game plan. How do you know where you want to go if you don't know where you want to be? You can't get to where you want to go if you don't know. Have a game plan in place so you can have a vision of where you plan to be. This is the most important statement I ever retained in my college life and will continue throughout my entire life.

I would have to agree with what Joe Gibbs is saying about having game plans for different ventures in your life. Although this video was relatively vague, the simple message was clear, be prepared for whatever action you want to take in life. Joe Gibbs is wildly successful in everything he does so it is hard to discredit him in any way.

I think it's important for us to have a game plan in both life and in business. A game plan helps you to stick with your goals and to achieve them more. When we have a game plan, we have a view of the outcome of our goal, and a view of how well we are achieving that goal. Whether it's a game plan to have a 30 year mortgage paid off in 20 years, or to have 3 locations open within the next 5 years, it's better to have a game plan rather than going from plan to plan to plan to plan.

Joe Gibbs statement obviously rings true in all aspects of life especially business. Failure to plan is planning to fail. For most professions time is scheduled and important tasks are made known. One cannot reach there full potential without a plan. This applies for life goals as well. By now most of us have an idea of where they want to be professionally years from now and should have a realistic, detailed plan to get there. The ability to see the big picture allows for greater success. While this may seem obvious to MBA students, planning is something many people fail to do and in pay for down the road.

I definitely agree with the message of this video. I believe it’s important to always have a plan in order to be successful. For example, for school, I always keep an assignment pad with not only when things are due but plans for what and how much to study every night. If I don’t I’ll end up forgetting assignments or I will get backed up and not be able to finish some on time. Without a proper plan, it’s hard to be truly successful.

Having a thorough game plan in place is the key to reaching your/your company's goals. If you don't have an organized strategy to reach your goals, how will you get there? When you just straddle the fence about what you want to achieve, you are less likely to actually make it happen.

This video seems kind of obvious, but it needs to be said because some people do not plan their life like they should. If you do not have a plan, you will not end up where you want to be. Just as in sports, the goal is to score and you create a plan to do that. In life, you need to figure out what it is you want and then create the plan to get there. I find this is relevant to college students because we are right in the middle of moving forward with our lives. We need to make sure that we are laying out the stepping stones to get us to what we are working towards.

I can definitely to relate to this video "game plan". Even today I am always so all over the place I always know what I want to do and what I want to accomplish but sometimes if you have this all organized and laid out its easier to see. Sometimes I do have a game plan. Atleast a daily one anyways that there are things I want to complete. I keep a daily list of things I need to do. Having a game plan like he said is not only important personally but it is business. I feel like if you don't have one for your life how will you succeed in your business.

Game plans are very important. If a business does not have a game plan, then it is missing a vision that management should have placed for what they think the business should become in the future. If no game plan is in order, the business will no doubt fail.
