This was a great video to watch. I beleive everyone handles stress and emotions differently but the workplace is definetely a place to keep drama free. Robbin is very insightful and he challenges you to find yourself and what motivates you. This is a very useful tool because sometimes we all need to dig deep to find this.

emotions is very important in why we do what we do. Sometime decisions are made on impulse without thinking and sometimes there is price and sometimes there isn't . But most decisions are sometime made on how we feel on the inside or based on what is going through our mind at the particular time.

I found this video very interesting, it was more of a deeper feeling. Our emotions can cause us to do many things in different ways. When we have emotional motivation and self confidence in something we can fulfill our goals. I like how he brings up certain events as examples such as the 9/11 incident. It is a good way to get his point across. All of the United States how so many emotions flowing, we all dealed with it in our own way.

Humans act on emotions and everyone acts differently to the emotions they feel. People are fueled by the emotions of others that bring about their own that can invoke violence or goodwill. Emotions also bring people of all different cultures together that drive their beliefs.

I liked this video. We do what we do based off our emotions and what are needs are. I liked the point about emotion an how that can cultivate a state of motivation that we have not experienced up until that point.

Why do we do what we do is definitely something I think about often. I wonder why I did something or why my best friend did something. And to watch this video and realize that our emotions play a big role on why we do what we do. I think that we have implosive actions doing things sometimes out of the spur of the moment before we get a chance to think about it. This can hurt us if we impulsively do something offensive to someone. It's hard to stop and think when our emotions take over.

Why do we do what we do? This is a good question. He breaks down a few key points in the video. In the end I'm not sure if we will ever completely understand why we do what we do. But He points out emotions and how we are driven by them but we must be careful. If you can really understand why you do what you do and why others do what they do then you can understand motivation and as a manager, understand what motivates people can be the key to a great company.

Emotions are our main driver. We are distinctly run by our emotions. Also, emotions are our reasoning for doing the things that we do. Our actions and reactions are a result of our emotions.
