This is a great video just entirely to long. I think the best places or environment for ideas to be born create and come to the light, are at conferences or places where people can share ideas and not be ridiculed. Even if it is a dumb idea it still comes up with things that help other ideas.

When coming up with new ideas, it can every intimidating. You don't know how other people will take your idea, if they'll like it or not. But keeping ideas to yourself will never allow the idea to grow. And you never know, your idea might be able to change a lot or better something in a company. By telling someone your idea and getting their opinion, your opinion can grow from there. We should always speak our minds in the business world and even in general.

I think that the best way for a company to get ahead of its competition is by creating a unique product. In order to do this, it is important to make sure that your work team is all working together and on the same page. I agreed with the video in that some of the greatest ideas of all time take years upon years to come up with, and it is vital that you don’t get discouraged by a single failure to keep pursuing that idea. I think one of the best examples of the determination necessary for a great idea is electricity. It is one of the greatest establishments of all time, and we depend on it every single day, but it wasn’t something that just came to Franklin overnight.

This video was both humorous and informative; a great match. This video makes perfect sense. I have often had ideas that were great, but needed a little tweaking. After sitting down and speaking with others, I was able to see what I was missing. The same happens in study groups and brainstorming sessions. Someone may have a great idea, but it’s missing something. The others in the group through their ideas in, and before you know it you have the perfect mix.

sharing ideas is useful because you never what great ideas can be combine. The old saying two brains is better then one is very true because great minds think a lot. Sharing of ideas and thought is very useful because ideas are the starting point of new inventions and businesses. So Sharing opinions and thoughts is very useful in life.

From what history describes it's after people have given their inputs and the innovators have had time for it to sink in and arrive at the moment. The lasts tory behind tracking sputnik and creating the basics of GPS was a perfect example. Keeping ideas to yourself will never allow that idea to grow. By telling colleagues your ideas, they can help you turn an idea into reality. Whether it be a mistake or an idea that became successful and you can grow on it, using the things and people around you is key to making good ideas exceptional ones.

I feel like smart people keep ideas to themselves. Or more importantly the externalize theses ideas and try to develop them. I remember hearing of people who wanted to open such and such a business. And when they did they were prepared for somethings and others not. But the planning and modeling of the business had been well thought out. But if you are in the type of environment that nurtures ideas it might e important to get them out there and see what the reaction is. For example an artist when new art.

This reminds me of brainstorming. When people get together talk, listen, and work together, sharing ideas can result in more creative ideas. Everyone can stem off one simple idea and it can burst into an amazing invention.
