This video is one to remember. I have bad habit of always putting off my hardest task to the end of the day. Being a student, we all those projects that we dread. The more we put it off, the worst were gonna do most likely. Whenever I have a few assignments, I need to remember to do the hardest one first. I agree that you are most productive in the morning. You dont take the chance of bad news during the day dampering your attitude or anything. You might as well get there, get it done right, and go on with the day knowing youve accomplished something great!

I couldnt agree more with this video. I find myself to procrastinate alot with school because i get stressed out and just put it off but i found that making a to-do list makes it much easier to take the day on and make sure i get everything done. Whenever i feel like i have too much on my plate and know i will push things to the backburner, i make a to-do list and put down everything i need to get done and then rewrite it with the most important things on top because after the day goes on.. lets face it we all get tired and the bigger projects seem to always get pushed until "tomorrow". Also, with a to-do list you feel more motivated because you see what you have accomplished.

I do agree that getting the worst out of the way first thing in the morning can be a good thing, but at the same time I'm not sure if I will be able to put as much into it as I would want to first thing. It usually takes my brain a little while to "heat up" and if its the thing I would most likely procrastinate on, then its probably also the thing that would require the most brain power. But the message of the video is a good one. I agree that it is better to hit the ground running then to run the whole day away.

I think that this is a very good message for everyone to follow. I have actually heard this expression before. i always try to do this myself. I don't always follow it but I do really try. I am an educator so with my students I try to get them to do the assignment that they know that they might not be the best at so they put it aside and work on it last. I honestly think that the feel better just getting it out the way.

I like the advice given in this video. I have always felt the same way and have tried to take care of my most difficult tasks as early as possible, but motivating myself to do so is the toughest part of all. It is especially difficult when I know that the difficult task can easily be pushed off until later. However, I feel like if I took this advice and made it a goal to "eat a live frog" first thing every morning my overall productivity would increase exponentially.

This is something I actually do. I like to get my "worse task," which is normally my largest task, done first. I am a huge procrastinator, but I try every morning to wake up and start right on my most difficult task. I also like to get everything I will need in order to get my task done, prepared the night before. By completing my hardest task first, I do feel accomplished and then I move on to the next task knowing that the most difficult is out of the way and I can relax on the rest of my tasks. I did not always do this. I used to procrastinate my most difficult or complicated task day after day. Before I knew it, it would be the night before and here I am staying up late trying to get something done that I should have completed weeks ago. I will definitely try to continue to follow the guidelines on this video for more successful days!

What i took from this video could be very helpful. I know i procrastinate a lot and put the big things off. But if i would just do them when i first find out about them my life would be a lot easier. I feel like this video could be very helpful to a lot of people. Procrastination is one of the worst habits that people have. From personal experience i know that putting things off is one of the worst decisions to make. You get even more stressed by putting them off when you finally have to do it. In my own career i feel like this could be very helpful.

This video made a lot of sense to me, very helpful both personally and professionally. The fact that I always do what I hate last made me wonder if am missing out on opportunities at work or even in my life. I partially agree with the video, I only disagree with the fact that sometimes there are things that require a lot of time and probably not necessarily a 'frog' but more like an annoying activity that I don't like doing. Procrastination to me is a big problem in my personal life, sometimes i just hope that some 'problems' will just go away. Am going to try making a list of frogs and see how well I can tackle them.

I can definitely relate to this video i definitely tend to wait to do the hardest task or the one that sounds the least interesting until last. It would definitely help me in school as well as in my job if I got those tasks done first that way I was procrastinating until last minute and putting more stress on myself.

I wish that I only had one worst thing to do n the morning. Sometimes it can be many. But when that one big project or test study guide is finally complete it indeed is a massive weight off my shoulders. Also is eating frogs that bad?

I will diffidently keep this video in mind. I usually procrastinate tasks till the last minute. I also tend to not handle the harder assignments first. I tend to do the easy assignments first then by the time i get to the hard ones I feel i do not put as much good effort into the more important tasks.

I can certainly relate to this video. I am always pushing those dreaded assignments to the last minute, and then wondering why I didn't just do it and get it over with. This video puts a new perspective on those dreaded tasks. I will try to use this in my own life and hopefully experience better results.

loved this video too! to an extent i think that everyone has a problem with procrastination and its vital that we identify this issue and deal with it. i like the use of mark twain's eating a frog in the morning because you'll know the worst is behind you for the entire rest of the day. one of the best things we can do is be proactive in our lives! i love this advice and it makes me want to really put this info into action. also writing it down the night before is a great way to keep your mind focused on the task at hand. busy hands make happy hands.

This video offers real, practical advice. I have found myself at times spending the entire weekend dreading an assignment then simply finishing it in a few hours Sunday night. I have been on the other side of it and working late Thursday night to free the weekend up. However, when doing that I have found that I end up completing more tasks since the hard on is out of the way. I plan to use this technique at work in an effort to be more productive.

I think this was a really good message. I have never early thought about it that way but it makes perfect sense. As soon as i finish my most dreaded task i do always fee; better, just never thought to do it before the less tedious things. I think this is something i will incorporate into my daily live as a rule of thumb type thing.
