Short, sweet and to the point. This man gave some very powerful advice. First of all, I am a firm believer in going with your gut. If I feel like something is wrong, that's probably because it is. I think it is so great that he went with his gut and it sounds like he made not only the right decision, but the smart one. At the end of the video when he says something about good business decisions are not what you do, but what you decide not to do, I think he is referring to two things. One, he is referring to risks. There are risk with managing a business everyday, but he is talking about knowing when the risk is to high. Secondly, he is talking about ethics. Knowing when to do the right things. THese are the keys to a successful business.

The last I changed my mind about an important decision was a couple of months ago. I wanted a drastic change but I really did not know what to do. I decided to dye my hair blonde and I regret it still to this day. I wish I would have followed my first train of thought. Now I am walking around with a color that I hate.

Operating a business requires decisions and chooses. Understanding the threats and the opportunists are key aspects to businesses. Business intelligence i think can be learned. Everyone learns from making mistakes, but making mistakes in business cost money. So understand when and where to do things is also key to business success.

It is very important in business, as well as in one's personal life, to truly consider all of the pros and cons of decisions they may be faced with. As the video stated, sometimes taking no action is a wiser and more advantages choice.

As a a manager or business owner one will face decisions that have to be made daily. Some decisions will be on a smaller scale and have minimal effect on the outcome of the business, and others on a larger scale that could determine the success or failure of the business or company altogether. When making decisions some people tend to rely on gut instincts and others want to know every possible outcome and supporting facts so that they can make the best logical decision. There is no right or wrong method for making a decision as each person or company is individually unique.

In the business world every decision counts. It can either make or break a company. So always try and make the best decision possible!

This video was a little vague but I agree that the decisions you don't make are the most important. To me, that is like taking risks. A decision can really turn a company around and not making it or missing out on the opportunity to make it could really effect the company. Decisions are a part of every day life and is something everyone has to do. Last time I made a big decision was this semester about a job opportunity in Chicago and it was stressful but I made the decision that was best for me from a business and personal perspective.

Everone has to make decisions on a day-to-day basis, but some are minor compared to others. can only do the research and make the best decision from what we see. We sometimes cannot adequately measure unforeseen circumstances. I agree to the video to an extent, but I feel as though decisions can be comfortably made once the research is done.

Making decisions can be stressful-is the right decision? We are all faced with difficult decisions and I find myself second-guessing myself all the time. I usually try to stick to my first choice. When making business decisions, it needs to be completely thought through. Determine what is in the best interest of the business and make predictions about the outcomes of the decisions. Big decisions should take time. Jumping the gun could result in a bad decision.

Many times new information or better information can lead to a better result. While rash decisions CAN lead to successful results, they are normally detrimental. The decisions made by management affect a lot of different people so they should be taken seriously. A good manager can admit when they made a bad decision and (hopefully) repair the situation before it gets worse. If you have a bad feeling about something, you are normally correct. Don’t let others influence you!
