I feel like this video ties into an earlier video. These leaders give off the four traits to a good leader. They like the community aspect of UFC. They authenticate it by having many events and different fighters. There is a significance in the sport as can be seen the its growth. And finally there is excitement. Nothing more exciting than watching two grown men beat each other up. No really in person UFC is crazy.

This company is just proof that if you have a dream and believe in your business you can make it work. These two guys picked up a company that was going down the drain and turned it around to now be one of the most successful sport companies out there. If you start out with a solid foundation and keep working hard to build it up you can accomplish success that may have been beyond what you ever expected, the way these two did.

This video points out the very important fact that no matter what type of business you want to create, you have to have a passion for it. That is what is going to push you through the obstacles you are going to encounter. It also is very helpful and beneficial to have a partner who balances you out. If there were two partners who were exactly the same, I believe that the business would fail. Having a partner that is different than you allows each of you to have strengths and weaknesses that the other partner does not. This video is a great example of how partners balance each other out and compliment one another. I also like the fact that even though one of the owners is a billionaire, he still is a hard worker. It shows he has a real passion for UFC.

I didn’t take much from this video. The only point that I guess could be made is that these two are truly devoted to their business. That is majorly important whenever you get involved with something, especially if you are putting your money into it; you have more to lose when it is your money. Also, your attitude shows when you aren’t truly devoted to your business/career. You will find yourself being stern, dry, and even rude, to others when you are unhappy. These kinds of attitudes will often lead to unhappy employees and before you know it, not even money can keep someone working for you. I guess the main point is to find something you love and go for it.

I was suprised that i enjoyed this video as much as i did. I have to admit I havent watched many UFC fights because it makes me sick to my stomach watching people fight but after learning about how it was made into what it is today makes me respect the sport. The two men who started the UFC seem to be a perfect match since one enjoys the business aspect of the job and the other likes to be involved with social part. Finding a good partner is really important in order to have a sucessful business.

this video speaks plenty on why someone would risk everything on a business venture. these guys chose to invest in the UFC because it was something that they believed in. the fact is that usually great ideas are ones that your peers wont think are very good. naysayers are always going to be people that are closed minded. sometimes it will be hard to see through the people that oppose your idea but in the end you've got to ask why you're doing something. if its to get rich then youll probably make a few dollars but if its to change the world then you'll never work a day in your life. its strange to see these guys. they aren't doing it for the money. they chose to make a difference rather than just try to get rich. if it were about getting rich they'd be sitting at home rather than continuing to work everyday.

I found this interesting. While not a fan, it is certainly impressive how they took a failing business and turned it into a billion dollar company. The two seem to make a good team with both having a separate but equally important job. Dana White also seems to be popular in the MMA world in contrast to the NFL's Goodell is hated by many. I think there partnership allows them to both focus on what they do best and it has certainly done well for them.

This video was very interesting. It's good to know the fighters are educated, and some of them even have professional careers. I had no clue! The two leaders seem to have a true passion for the sport and work ethic towards the UFC franchise. I think passion can be a great defender in the fight to succeed. A dream or goal means nothing without passion behind it.

It is interesting to see a different side of the UFC and MMA fighters. I can tell from this video that these two men are great partners. They both bring different things to the partnership and that is what is needed. They bought the UFC when it was going downhill, but they did not care. They loved the sport and they wanted to see it become successful. It is great to see how something can grow when you put some passion behind it.

This video shows how MMA grew so popular. I remember when MMA was first starting to get popular and now you can see people everywhere representing MMA. It shows not to give up on anything because you could be passing up a great opportunity. These two men stuck it out and in the long run look where they are at now. This is a great video for everyone to see, it shows you about hard work. I would definitely use this in my career. Whenever i am stuck or feel like giving up ill know just to stick it out and push ahead.

It was intersting looking at UFC from a business perspective, rather than a sporting perspective. To see the history and decisions made to keep the sport a financial success is enlightening.

I'm writing the already a fan. The UFC is something t hat had come out of the wood work over the last five to ten years. They have truly built something from nothing. I think the reason for their success is, like they said they didn't go into with the mind set of making a billion dollars. They wanted to create am environment. If you make something worthwhile t he money will come later.

I had no idea about the back story behind the UFC until I watched this video. I have a lot of friends who really like this sport, and I will share the video with them. This is a good example of never giving up on your passions. Your business will only ever be as successful as the work, time, and perseverance that you put into it.

I believe this video shows benefits of a partnership. When many people think of starting a business they think solely which sometimes causes them to miss the benefits of partnership. Also the video shows the importance of locating a weakness in an undervalued venture and turning it around to make is successful. It is also important or truly evaluate a business as well and not invest into a failing company that has no potential for a turn around.

The partners of the UFC took on a challenge and built a successful sport from their true passion of fighting. They continue to strive expecting to build UFC into a bigger sporting event than it already is. These men have put all their dedication into building a successful organization.
