Although I find UFC a bit bloody, it is very interesting to learn about how it has grown. I know so many people that watch the fights now on paper-view. Its popularity just keeps growing. It is great that these 2 men partnered up for this business venture. Their success benefited greatly by having each others talents and ideas.

I was shocked to see this video popped up, but when i watched this learned about UFC brand is amazing and is back by strong leaders. I liked out the president and CEO had a good relationship of one handles the internal long range planning and one is external promoting the brand outside the company. Another point they brought up is that they went against what people said about them of how this is not going to work, y'all are going to fail. Well they certainly proved them wrong. So if people disagree and you believe in something and are passionate you can prove them wrong just like UFC did.

Nowadays, UFC is very popular. I had no idea they went through a period where the sport was almost bankrupt. This was a very interesting video because it made me think about something that has never before crossed my mind. The cliche of UFC, as the video says, is that all the men in the sport are "meatheads". I've never given thought to the fact that the business aspect of the sport is extremely intelligent. The UFC executives did not let negative comments stop them from taking the chance and believing in themselves and their sport. These men are obviously very good at what they are doing, and very passionate as well. That is the perfect combination for success.

I had no idea most of the UFC fighters came from a good education. believing in a company is one way to get the business to where it needs to be. If you don't believe in the company, you wont make it very far. These two seem like a great team. By the sound of things, they are really making a great business.

The UFC was invested by two friends who are passionate about the sport. Others told them they were making a mistake by investing in something that was not going to do well. They ignored that and are now successful because they work together and set goals to become bigger and better. Their passion is what has driven them to success and has allowed them to continue to grow their business. Their relationship has worked to their advantage giving them a unique relationship which helps them to run the UFC.

The first thing popped up in my head after watching this video was these two guys are aware there’s a world beyond the borders of America, which I found isn’t very common here. I think part of reasons behind their success in UFC business is that they think out of box, and think globally, they see opportunities outside of United States. They have the vision and passion that lead them to success.

These two men work together like a well oiled machine, they are the reason UFC is the world-wide sport it is today. The fact that neither man was willing to say who was the actual face of the company and who was the behind the scenes face impressed me. Both men simply put that they feed off each other, they do whatever the other doesn't feel comfortable doing. The partnership of these two is what I think attributes to the success of the sport. Letting go of some control and making it completely 50-50 is the means for a great partnership, which equates to a successful business.

I find it interesting that some of the guys have day jobs and do that as a hobby. I think it is great if you can have a hobby that pays you too. That should help you out in your work because you will always be motivated about something. If you do not have anything to motivate you in life then you probably do not have a happy life. When I have plans to do fun things after work I am happier at work and more motivated to get my work done so I can leave and go have fun. It helps me get through my week because, I have something to look forward to. I hate doing the same thing day after day.

This video states the fact that if you work hard enough, you can get anything going. When Lorenzo and his brother first started the business of promoting the UFC, their peers made fun of them and laughed, telling them that it would never work. Now, with their hard work and Dana's skills for promotion, the UFC is the biggest sport globally, passing the NFL.

I was very interested to find out that the MMA franchise is worth billions. I had no idea how huge the sport had become just over the last ten years. What I took away from this video was that the two business men found a market and need for their product. One of the guys mentioned that there was no outlet for guys that had been fighting their whole life through college. These men were very smart in creating this outlet and creating a demand for MMA fighting. Also, they were able to see that their brand can be global. They found that their product is not limited to anywhere in particular; it is a product that can be sold anywhere because it is the same in every country. This was a very good example of having passion and vision for a product and seeing it through. It also gives an important lesson in recognizing a gap in the market that has a lot of potential.

The UFC Industry success had a lot to do with successful partnerships and team work as well. Both UFC executives together make success. Neither one of them would be where there are without each other. They found a market and they developed an avenue that was successful.

This is an excellent video in my opinion. I was never aware of the beginnings of the UFC but it makes sense now seeing how much it blew up in such a short period of time. When these two partners started they were facing a sport that was "up against the ropes." They had no idea whether this would actually turn into something big but they chased a goal and are reaping the benefits today. As they said they faced ridicule from all sides and it shows that if you do something you love then the money will come. It's also interesting to see the dynamic of their partnership. One of them being the pr and publicity, the other managing and handling the infrastructure of the organization. But they also talk about how the money is a result of their own personal hard work. They've managed to accomplish this on their own sweat and merits.

This video is a prime example that if you truly believe in something even though you are only hearing negativity from peers that don't support your idea that you can come out on top. It also shows you that you cannot always "Judge a book by its Cover", people see the UFC fighters and think that they are just "meat heads", but instead the majority of them are college graduates. Two points made and well taken.

When watching the behaviors and mannerisms of both UFC executives, I believe opposites can truly attract. When this kind of attraction occurs, it tends to yield positive synergistic effects. For example, a strong and clear sense of duty, based upon their strengths and weaknesses, exist between the two men making time management and the ability to work easier. Due to near opposite skill sets, they can get away with only focusing on what they are good at to get nearly everything done. This is because what one fails to do, the other will do. Otherwise, more efforts would have to be spent on planning to separate duties because duties would overlap more. Therefore, being opposite lessens the risk of redundancies.

I love the UFC and everything it has to offer. I'm not surprised that it started off rough. Those guys are very passionate about the sport and that drove them to never give up. Their passion for the sport is why the UFC is such as huge success. Never give up on something you love and believe in.
