INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
This article offers one of the most interesting advices I have ever read. I have always believed that to find success we have to take risks and challenge ourselves. Also, I learned that due to current economic conditions around the world, people who are able to adapt to the environment are the same individuals who will have more chances of finding the best jobs. I left my comfort zone in my home country to pursue educational goals abroad, and this experience have nurtured my old skills and given me new ones. I became aware of the importance of being capable of communicating with people from different cultures, and I hope that I will be ready to assume a challenging job anywhere in the world.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed This article sends a powerful message to people who wants to succeed but doesn't know how to get to the next step. As my coach would say "get out of your comfort zone", meaning do things you've never done before in order to improve yourself. This is great advice but I think it's hard for someone to simply get up and do because it's a new experience and they really don't know what to expect. While it may be scary, the pay off is worth it since the worst thing that can happen is you fail then just go back to what you've been doing but if you succeed then you've learned a new skill for yourself.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
This article was very informative. I definitely agree that to be successful you can't always play it safe. You have to take risk and challenge yourself. When you put yourself in uncomfortable situations, you are allowing yourself to become familiar with a situation that you may have never thought you would be familiar with. The more uncomfortable situations you become familiar with the more adaptable you become. I believe being adaptable is a very important trait to have if you want to be successful. Few people may find success by playing it safe, but I definitely believe that if you take risk and challenge yourself you can be far more successful.

Instant MBA: Put Yourself in Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed This article expresses that being versatile will take you much closer to success, and I totally agree with this article. I know sometimes we become accustomed to the ‘norm’, and are afraid to seek other challenges elsewhere, but if we keep this up we are closing the door on opportunity. Uncomfortable situations eventually become normal and less stressful, although it may take some time to get used of, it will pay off in the end. I hope that in the future I will develop the skills to be able to venture elsewhere and be comfortable while doing it.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
Lately, the thing at work has been one-on-one conversations. I sit down with people we are having problems with and find out what is causing them and how they can be fixed. Tapping into someone's emotional side can be difficult and the first few times were tough, but I have come to master the experience. I have learned to put myself out there and the results have been amazing.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
In order to feel and embrace success, you must complete a task that you normally are not as skilled in. Something that you work towards and develop your skill to do your best is what will allow you to succeed on a regular basis. Developing a regular routine to make yourself a better employee can do great things such as lead to a promotion.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
If you do one thing or work in one place for a long time, you get comfortable with that life. You must try new things and work in new environments to grow as person and be able to adapt in new situations. Working in new environments will allow you to be able to adapt and use skills that you might not have even known you had. It brings out different sides of you that before would have never had the chance to come out. It will help you become a better employee and person.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
If you want to succeed beyond what you thought you were capable of then it's important to put yourself in situations that are outside of your comfort zone. Test your ability to work in an environment that you are not familiar with and that you don't know much about. This obviously isn't for everyone but if you think you can do it and be successful at it then go for it and it will lead you to places you never thought you could go.

INSTANT MBA: Put Yourself In Uncomfortable Situations If You Want To Succeed
This article is very interesting. I truly believe that you grow and succeed by putting yourself in uncomfortable situations. If you stay in areas where you are comfortable, you are likely not challenging yourself and will have difficulty growing as a result. I have had a lot of experience with this over the last several years. I have always challenged myself to work in areas that I felt challenged and uncomfortable. As a result of these challenges, I have had the opportunity to work into a role in which I am the only individual in this position throughout the entire company without a four year degree. This has been very difficult at times and I have even had times where I thought I could possibly fail, but I have never been afraid of failing or stumbling. These are only opportunities to achieve and grow.

It is important for leaders to know how to react when their is a crisis within their business. They have to have confidence in the decision that they are making and know what is best for their business. They have to know how to make the right decision for their business as well. They should also be able to seek out advice from other leader or people who are in the same business as them. It is always good to seek advice but only the leader knows what is best for their business and they have to know that they can make the right decisions for the business.

Alt link 99: INSTANT MBA: Maintain Your Original 'Fire,' But Have A Plan Moving Forward
The worst time for a small business that has grown into a large business is when the the time comes that original founder is no longer the leader of the company. In this period the company may lose its original entrepreurial spirit and eventually completly lose sight of why the company was founded in the first place.
