INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
This advice is very important today because the business world has become more dynamic and complex. Thus, leaders need to understand that teamwork is the key to overcome challenges and make companies thrive. I believe that new business people (recent business graduates) already understand current principles of management and start their careers by sharing their knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve common goals. Even though personal accomplishments are desirable and valuable for any individual, managers need to be capable of looking at the big picture and let others' contributions be part of the success of the organization.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo I feel that once a leader realizes that he can't do it alone is when he becomes successful. Going into business alone could be an extremely difficult thing to do because you have nobody to help you with your strategy, tell you their side of the story, help financially, and many of aspects in the business world. Having a partner doesn't make the job easier but creates for a less stressful situation since you know you're not in it by yourself but a partner could also come up with new ideas or have connections with other organizations that you probably didn't have. The downside is that you have to share the profit with your partner but its better to have to share a profit than to be alone in a business with no profit.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
All leaders and future leaders can learn some valuable tips from this article. In order for a leader to successfully innovate they need the help of their team. When you have a team of creative thinkers that are ready to voice their opinions and give their feedback when needed, why not use this to your advantage?? Leaders should definitely allow their employees to speak freely when it comes to developing new ideas and techniques. Employees should feel a sense of empowerment so that they won't be afraid to voice their concerns, concerns that may definitely help you and your company in both the short and long run. I think it is important for leaders to build a culture of collaboration within their company, because a leader that has a team of people there to help him/her make decisions and innovate will be far more successful than a leader flying solo.

Instant MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo The advice this article offers is very informative and important in today’s business world. Team work is very important because one person can’t do everything alone. I believe that recent graduates understand this concept and exercise it because it was instilled in them. But what about the others who wasn’t taught to be a team? Being a part of a team does not only reduce the work load, but open the door to more creative ideas. Along with that comes constructive criticism; which is okay because if you want a successful company you have to be able to accept the whole package and not partial.

I have never wanted to lead by myself. Having another co-worker there to back up your choices makes you more creditable. Having someone to talk things through with and find out the right solutions helps us to increase customer scores and employee needs. Employees are harder to please than customers. Any change in the direct way that they perform a task is such that we have downgraded them. Knowing how to approach the situation can come easier with help from another leader.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
This is an important idea for a leader to remember. One leader alone can create a huge difference in the processes and outcomes of a company’s goals. When another is added, it just adds to the potential amount of growth that the company can sustain. Being able to work together as leaders is important. A leader must be willing to accept and be open to the ideas and procedures of other leaders so that they can grow from each other’s expertise.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
Truly effective leaders realize that they cannot tackle everything alone. Effective leaders will empower team members and play on their strengths. No one person can have all of the knowledge and answers. As a leader it is important to know when you should involve others and who on your team should be involved.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
Trying to run a business solely by yourself is a very difficult feat. In today's business world, you must be able to lead as a team. Bring in "partners" that you want working next to you to help lead your business. However, telling them they are partners and letting them actually have power is totally different. You have to be able to trust these people with the direction of your business. You need to listen to their ideas because if you just go by your ideas all the time, you can't grow.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
I don't think that co-leadership is essential in every business but it could be beneficial in a larger company I think. Being able to have ideas on how to run the company and how to make it better coming from two different perspectives gives an extreme advantage over other companies. Also, allowing the rest of the employees give their opinion is important too, because it makes everyone feel like they are a part of something bigger and it drives them to do better.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
True leaders know that they need to assemble their A-Team. Without a team they would not be able to run the business smoothly and will have a lot more stress. I have seen a couple leaders try to take on a whole store and do a terrible job at it. You have to pick the right team as well, you don't want to just pick any manager and hope they become a leader.

I think that this was by far the best ideas of all of the articles. I think that the three things that are stated that leader needs to do are critical. As a leader you have to be able to see your other employees as co-leaders. Everyone plays an important role in the company and it all fits together like a puzzle. If one piece is missing the puzzle is not complete. That is an idea that a leader should keep in mind. If they do not have all of the pieces then their puzzle is incomplete. They also have to have open communication and be good listeners to receive feedback from their employees. And the last thing they need to do is be able to collaborate with their employees and have their employees collaborate with each other.

Alt link 96: INSTANT MBA: It's A Mistake To Charge For Advice
People are taught that nothing is free. If you give someone free advise that end up doing wonders for that person, then regardless of if you were just being helpfull or not, because of that persons nature they will be compelled to return the favor and sometimes return the favor plus more. Charging for advise ends the trasaction there, but offering free help can prove fruitful in others ways too.

INSTANT MBA: The Best Leaders Know Not To Fly Solo
Being a good leader is extremely important when running a business, but it takes laying aside your pride. Good leaders know they need to surround themselves with good strong people to help build up the business. As a leader you can't be afraid to admit this to your employee.
