the story in the beginning impacted me, sometimes people can inadvertently kill a baby for lack of a better term. everyone starts out small some people are faster to develop but we should never look down on the day of small beginnings. i remember a story about Edison when he was presenting the use of electricity someone thought it was a waste of time and asked Edison after the presentation what use does this electricity have. he exclaimed what good is a new born baby boy? meaning this is the day of a small beginning.

Creative confidence is very difficult to express. Confidence in general is something that many people struggle with, but voicing your creative ideas is even more intimidating. The fear of your idea being perceived as stupid or pointless not only diminishes your professional views, but it hurts your personal feelings. I believe if you fully believe in your idea, then the outcome that can come from it highly outways the negative feedback you may or may not receive.

I thought this video was interesting. Its a great thing how people can encourage others to distill self confidence in them. I think this is important especially if anyone plans on being a manager because you must encourage your employees so that they can do an outstanding job at business can be successful. I think everyone has moments when the feel the aren't good enough or don't have the drive to show your best. The psychiatrist that he refers to I have actually heard of him and about his practices he does on people with their phobias. Its a great idea for people to try and get over the things that they fear because it really does cause stress in other parts of their life.

Creativity is something that I honestly do not feel like I was blessed with whatsoever. This videos pointed that an individual should try to find their own personal creative confidence even if they believe that do not posses any. I can come up with an idea that I can believe is a great disaster but someone else could think it's the best thing since sliced bread. This is why that everyone should feel some kind of creative confidence because you never know who may enjoy your ideas

I liked the idea behind this video but I did not like the actual video in its entirety. There were parts that interested me but I was mostly waiting for it to end. I honestly was hoping to get something from it because I would say I lack creativity being an accounting major. I like the story about the guy and the MRI machine. It shows me that there is hope for people who like me who don't consider themselves creative geniuses.

Many people are afraid of showing their creative side for fear of failing or being humiliated. I thought this video was interesting because it showed the importance of overcoming your fears. If people just take that leap of faith they may find that they grow farther than they ever had before. If people never took chances and never showed their creativity then we would not have so many of the things we have today.

I feel like I've lost my creative confidence. I feel like a box have been put around me and I have to do things a certain way from here on out. Only recently I've discovered the power I have to choose my direction. I can choose my life. I've always wanted to be "creative" but what I didn't realize was that I am creative in my own little way. I have the ability to find my way out of my box.

Creativity is a wonderful thing. Without creativity our world wouldn't be what it is today. Creative individuals is what thrives our community, new fresh ideas, original ideas. I lack in the creativity area of my life, from fear of being judged. Like the man stated in the video you have to be confident in your creativeness and your thoughts. If there is no confidence behind your imagination then no one will believe it including yourself.

I completely can see how something like negative reinforcement can cause someone to turn their back on their creative side. I have seen in my own personal life this happen within my family. I think the biggest challenge is to realize that one person's opinion shouldn't effect your view of yourself. The part about snakes on the other hand, I'm not sure about. I think that some fears are justified and founded in reality (i.e. snakes, spiders, etc.). I can certainly see why releasing one fear can help yourself in other areas, but I honestly think a little fear is a good thing. Sometimes apprehension about something is what keeps us from making bad decision.

This video is filled with a lot of emotion and is very inspirational. David Kelley's story really reminds me of the story of the guy who was in the plain that landed but he thought it was going to crash. These kinds of stories, the ones where the person thinks their time might be up soon and realize what is important in life, make me realize one major thing. That thing is, and it is also the reason why these people share there stories, is that I cannot wait. I cannot wait until death is knocking at my door. Because at that point there won't be enough time to do everything I want. I want to do amazing things now. I do not want to waste time. I only have one chance to make a lasting impression and one chance to accomplish my dreams. That's what these stories and talks make me realize.

There is on saying beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Every Person has there taste or opinions on certain matters in life. There are a lot of creative people in the world but because of the opinions and opposition of people some people never create those beautiful thoughts that are in there head. Creativity can enhance life in many ways because creative ideas can spark the next productive thought or pattern then can change the world forever. Because most creations all begins with creative ideas and thoughts.

Fear of judgment which limits creative confidence. Do not limit you creativeness and be expressive and do not limit yourself to be yourself. I hate snakes, no matter how comfortable I get. I understand the theory behind it. Seeing it for what it really is a snake and be not afraid in the rest of their lives.

You definitely have to build your confidence in order to be successful. Creativity comes from an understanding of what you are best at and what you are passionate for.

David Kelley: How to build your creative confidence
Most people tend to hold back when it comes to creativity. I believe that everyone is creative and it is up to them to ignore the people who say bad things about it. People will always say bad or hurtful things to someone, whether it be out of jealousy or something of the like, but they need to be ignored so that you can grow. Be confident in yourself and what you do, don't let other people dictate who you are, shake them off and get on going.

Confidence is one of the most important things anyone can possess. Confidence is what can give you that extra push to accomplish things in life and in your career. Creativity is something that sets you apart from others. Creativity is what you are investigating just before you are labeled as innovative. Whenever someone is able to mix their creative side with their confidence, they are well on their way to achieving some new, creative, innovative idea.
