Having a business you will experience ups an downs. i think it was great how this woman did not give up. She believed in something. But, not only that she listened to what the consumer wanted. By listening and having a small rough patch in the road she was bale to get back on track and succeed in her business. My mother experienced that with in her own business she wanted to establish a salon that was different and when you walk in the door you would feel comfortable and relaxed but also a family atmosphere. With every entrepreneur you have to learn what works and what doesn't This women definitely has done a good good job of that

If you want your business to be successful you need to have an open mind and be adaptable. Customers are very important. They are what makes a business grow because they like what the business has to offer them. Business owners should take into consideration what customers want and decide if their business can offer that to their customers. Adding a new product or service to your business can generate more customers.

Even if you are failing you can still get back up and change it. To get out of failure listen to what you clients want. This is the golden rule in retail. I am a big believer in change if you do not like something can it can be better then change it. If you do not like yourself then change it. Very happy and positive video!

Resilience is a huge focus in the Army. You go through so much heartache and stress that can take a toll on the strongest people. So fighting through the tough times makes you stronger and driven to succeed. Businesses that believe and listen to their customers are the ones that continue to grow and become more and more successfull. Listen to what the people want and never give up.

In the beginning stages of every business, you are going to face hardships, set backs, failures, etc. In this video, she only had two customers within the first three days. At that moment, she could have just packed up the shop and moved on with something else. Although, she remembered one of the biggest keys to success within any business-- listen to your customers. The hardest thing for a business to do is develop a strong customer base; However, once you have it, you can keep them a lot easier than finding new ones. When starting any business, persevere until the end, don't quit when times get kind of rough, and ultimately, listen to the wants and needs of your customers, and you will be on your way to a successful career. I thought this video was quite informative.

This video states that you must listen to your customer, and adjust the business concept to what your location is asking for. Even though you may have a good business plan and product, you must adjust to your clientele wants in order to grow.

Adapting your business model can be a very tricky thing because you believe going into a business that it will work. When it doesn't it can be hard to admit that you were wrong and decide to go in another direction. I think what she did was great and impressive because it helped to save her business. I like that she was willing to take a step back and realize that she needed to change something in order to make her business work. It takes courage to change your business model like that.

The video really hit the nail on the head. If something isn't working the find a way to make it work. Nothing can change if you don't have information on why it isn't. Change can hugely benefit organization if they first understand the problem. Trying to reconcile a problem without knowing the issue is like trying to find a need in haystack. Also being able to adapt to a situation is very critical if you want to increase business. Listening also play a critical role with dealing with failure. She only found a way to solve the problem when she began listening to her customers. The most important thing I took away from the video was things don't always go according to plan.

The video shows how listening to clients needs and accommodating them can in return create an opportunity for a business owner to make a profit. Customers are what a business is existing for, and meeting their needs should be every business’ mission statement. Business rely on customers, how to attract more customers and how to keep them stay in business with us is what a company should focus on at all times in order to be profitable. In the world of business, we don’t do what makes me happy, we do what makes our customers happy. When customers are happy, we will be happy.

This is a great video showing that the customer knows best and that adaptation, just like the animal world, provides the most successful business. This woman found the best way to meet the needs of customers and has profited from it. It's important to listen to what you hear customers want or expect from the business. Otherwise you may provide a product or service that won't sell at all. This is also why social media can play a big part in business success. If a business can follow its customers, listen to their feedback, and take that constructive info and apply it, then it will be a step ahead of most other businesses. This video also shows that the business owner realized location was critical to her success. I will share this video with some friends and keep it in mind if I ever decided to open up a business.

Listening to your customers is one of the great ways to succeed. Everyone starts out with a business plan, but they don't always go as "planned". Change, in most cases, is a good thing. For a small business owner, not having much business in the first few days is difficult to go through. Getting out and talking with people with different ideas and views can really help you make the changes you need to make.

When starting your own business, your initial goals don’t always go the way you planned. It’s important to listen to your clients because what they want is what is going to make your business thrive. Angela knew most of her clients came from Westwood so she knew it was a smart business move to have a location there. However, if she wouldn’t have started offering facials, she might not be in business today. It’s also important to keep your business growing by offering new products and services. Don’t let yourself be so focused on one vision that you neglect what customers really want out of your business.

I really liked this video. If your business plan isn't working, change it. Sometimes people want their idea to work so badly they keep forcing it when it isn't going anywhere. In contrary to the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", if it is broke... you need to fix it. This was a very good lesson in listening to your customers also. The owner kept hearing people asking for facials, so she made it happen. A successful business will always listen to their customers and provide the products and services that they desire. This is an example of exactly that. I found this video very interesting because she just stumbled into her business and became an 'accidental entrepreneur'.

I really enjoyed this video. I think it is so interesting to see something that was never even dreamed of turn into such a success story! And the best part about it was the passion that you can see in her eyes. She truly has a passion for her business and for the well being of her customers. I am a firm believer of a customer first attitude. Here in this video she shows that the key to success was something as simple as listening to your customers. This all goes back to listening. When trying to make a successful business, you must not only listen to yourself or your top managers, but every employee, and even your customers.
